This double storey holiday home is set in a quite cul de sac but only a short distance to Torquays cafes, shops and beaches is the ultimate holiday getaway! Absorb the breath taking ocean views from your own private coastal villa.

The first floor hosts an open plan kitchen and living area and the ground level a stylish rumpus room. This home was built for casual dining and entertaining, with an emphasis on relaxation. An undercover alfresco area with stunning solar heated plunge and lap pool means this property is perfect at any time of the year.

Please note: as the heating for the pool is solar functioning, the pool is generally only heated between the months of December - March each year. This is subject to weather conditions which in Torquay can be quite cold and overcast for lengthy periods of the year so the heating may not be fully functioning during the abovementioned period.

The accommodation and features are a plenty, having 5 large bedrooms, master with ensuite and walk-in robe, two separate living zones, large bathroom, powder room, laundry with washer and dryer, tandem garage with workshop, large duel entry circular driveway enabling extra parking, award winning outdoor areas and plenty more.

Please be advised that linen is NOT supplied or included in the advertised price however, is available to hire through an external provider for an additional cost. Please advise our friendly staff should you wish to hire linen during your stay.

Family Wedding

We recently attended a family wedding in Geelong, and with my sister's house filled with bridal party members, we needed nearby accommodation for our group of nine adults. Fortunately, 9 Malibu Place is located on the same street, making it the perfect choice for our stay.The online booking process was seamless, and communication with Stephanie from Surf Coast Getaway was outstanding. She responded promptly to all inquiries and was a pleasure to deal with throughout.The property itself was incredibly spacious, featuring five well-appointed bedrooms—ideal for ensuring that each couple had their own private space. The house was equipped with everything we needed, and the facilities exceeded our expectations.I highly recommend both the location and the property, as well as Surf Coast Getaway for their exceptional service

Great getaway

This is a very comfortable property - perfect for our extended family group, ranging in ages from 9-70. We loved the pool, proximity to fishing spots, beaches, cafes etc. Great kitchen and barbecues to cook for a crowd and it was lovely to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the ocean views while having our evening meal or drinks.

We stayed here for the weekend.tye property is very big and the pool is great. However the pool need to clean to many tree leaf,pool cleaning devices left behind in the pool. Some linen is dirty on the bed. (Front entry on right room 1 curtain got rip 200mm not repair).The smoke alarm front entry go ON every 15mins due to battery issue,contacts management then got fix 2hrs later.Others then that is all good.Great location.Great communication.This house is easy to recommended.13-15/12-24

Great house for big group

This house was spacious and had great amenities (billiard table, pool, 5 queen beds, large couch and dining table). Booking via Stayz was a little tricky as I was re-directed to a local Real Estate Agency who could not confirm the deposit made via Stayz website. When collecting the keys I was not given the linen so had to double back to collect which was inconvenient. No doona covers were supplied, only flat sheets and pillowcases. Great house within walking distance to many restaurants.

Sibz getaway

This property was absolutely fantastic, home away from home, 5 bedrooms and so much space to spread out, play pool, swim in their pool, relax in multiple areas.Fully equipped, all we needed to bring was our linen and clothes 7 of us, 5 siblings and 2 partners and we all had an amazing stay. Worth every penny

I booked this property over the weekend to go with some of my girlfriends to have a girls trip for my 30th and from the moment we walked in through the door we all fell In love with the place! It was clean, spacious, the pool wasn’t cold, the beds we comfy and 4/5 bedrooms had a tv. We still can’t stop ranting and raving at just how much of a big and spacious house it was for a reasonable price. We will definitely be back again!

Great location, needs a good clean and better communication

We stayed here as a girls weekend, the property is really big and the pool is great. However there were some issues, we received incorrect check in instructions, so we ended up at the real estate in town. We arrived at the property and the downstairs was dusty, the bathroom downstairs was dirty and there was no toilet paper in any of the toilets. Upon check out, we had conflicting time as to when to check out and the cleaner arrived before we checked out. With a really thorough clean and better communication, this would be a great property.

Awesome place to stay

We stayed here for the Otway cycling classic and this place was fabulous. Really well set up, beautifully clean and a pool that was heaven for the cyclists. Looking for an excuse to come back soon!

Great stay for a short family getaway

Highly recommended. Residence is clean and setup with all you need, with the billiard table, stereos up and down stairs, TVs in almost each room and main areas, including wifi. Kitchen and laundry is well equipped. Pool is great for the kids and the trees mean you get your privacy. As others have said, the pool could be a bit warmer, but that may have been due to the time of the year we stayed. You're minutes away from Jan Juc beach and Torquay town square. thank you, hope to return soon.

Great big chill home

This property was beautiful. Big enough for a family and a very quiet and friendly neighbor hood. There was everything that we needed and plenty of board games to keep the family entertained. The pool was amazing very clean and a good size to have fun. The only thing was there was no instructions on how to use some of the electricals. For example the bbq was difficult to turn on as it had no instructions and was not turning on the usally way you would turn on a gas bbq and same with the fountains for the pool the button was not working and we did not get to use the foundations and same with the stereo it was a process to figure out how to connect it. Other than that it was great and would definitely visit again !
