"The staff are very attentive, room was very clean and tidy. The TV in our room was very small but I wasn't there to watch the telly. It looks like the hotel is undergoing a bit of a facelift with the new owner and certain areas look a bit tired but Rome wasn't built in a day and I wish them the very best. Well situated location within a brisk 15 minute walk of the harbour in Torquay and close to bus stops taking you to Paignton and Brixham. All in all a nice hotel."

"Staff were amazing lady on front desk was brilliant barman really nice Didn't use dinning room but food looks good Room needs a little more care found items from previous guests left Also don't replenish items have to go and ask at reception for any extra No onside parking did manage to park in the street and as we used the local buses wasn't an issue but high summer maybe isn't great Evening entertainment every night was a bonus bar prices reasonable"
