ACCESSIBILITY

This suite is located on the second floor of the Lodge. The Lodge is a three-story structure with stairs and no elevator. Due to its design, the property is not wheelchair accessible.

The property may also not be suitable for children under 12 due to its mountain setting.

THINGS TO KNOW

This is a mountain property, so a few quirks are part of the experience:

• Floors may occasionally creak
• Some sound may travel between neighboring suites
• Ladybugs and other seasonal insects may occasionally make an appearance
• WiFi and cell service may be limited or slower due to the mountain location
• Seasonal wildlife, including black bears, may be seen around the property

SELF CHECK-IN & GUEST SUPPORT

This is a staffless, self-check-in property with no front desk.

Check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out: 10:00 AM

Early check-in and late checkout may be available for $25 per approved hour, with a maximum of two approved hours and subject to availability and the cleaning schedule.

Guests have access to a 24/7 guest support line by phone or text if assistance is needed during their stay.

Access is provided through a custom door code after all required pre-arrival check-in steps have been completed.

HOUSE RULES

NO PETS

This is a pet-free property. Pets are not permitted. Unauthorized pets are subject to a $500 fee, and the stay may be ended early without refund.

KEEP IT PEACEFUL

Please be considerate of other guests and the surrounding community. Noise complaints or law enforcement involvement may result in termination of the stay without refund.

SECURITY CAMERAS

For guest safety and property protection, security cameras monitor designated common and public areas. Cameras are located:

• Outside the main entrance
• Inside the common lobby
• Second-floor lobby
• Third-floor lobby
• Exterior of the observation deck

Cameras record 24/7. Please do not tamper with or disable any security equipment.

IMPORTANT PRE-BOOKING INFORMATION

The primary reservation holder must be present during the stay, and all overnight guests must be included on the reservation.

Before secured property access details are released, the primary reservation holder must complete our secure online check-in through Happy Guest, which serves as the LVMR Guest Hub for your stay. This includes guest registration, rental agreement acceptance, government-issued ID verification, and completion of the damage-protection requirement.

Guests choose one of two damage-protection options:

• Non-refundable accidental damage waiver
• Refundable security authorization hold

Guests are not charged both. The refundable option is a temporary authorization hold, not a completed charge.
