West Bay is a mere half-mile away, and you can effortlessly explore all of downtown TC in under 10 minutes by bicycle, with the beginning of Front Street just shy of a mile from your doorstep. Plus, the convenience of the TART Trail awaits you right at the end of the block.

THE SPACE:
Rest comfortably in two bedrooms featuring queen-sized beds, plus a loft with two twin-sized beds, each room complete with provided bed linens and bath towels. An in-unit washer and dryer are available with the essential supplies fully stocked. One dedicated parking spot is available in the garage, with space for another vehicle right behind it. Street parking is also available in the summer months.

ACCESS:
Convenience and security are paramount, with smart locks granting easy access to the house. Guests have access to the full townhouse and the attached one-car garage. The driveway off the garage provides room for a second vehicle.

We remain readily available to you throughout your stay via VRBO messaging, with an average response rate of under 1 hour. Our phone number is also provided to you during check-in for any urgent requests or emergencies.

Bata busses have multiple stops throughout Traverse as well as surrounding counties with their Village Loop and Bayline & City Loop.
