A charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath townhouse just steps away from the picturesque TART Trail in the heart of downtown TC. The property is equipped with a 4K smart TV and high-speed WiFi, making it ideal for remote work. West Bay is a mere half-mile away, and you can effortlessly explore all of downtown TC in under 10 minutes by bicycle, with the beginning of Front Street just shy of a mile from your doorstep. Plus, the convenience of the TART Trail awaits you right at the end of the block.

THE SPACE:
Rest comfortably in two bedrooms featuring queen-sized beds, plus a loft with two twin-sized beds, each room complete with provided bed linens and bath towels. An in-unit washer and dryer are available with the essential supplies fully stocked. One dedicated parking spot is available in the garage, with space for another vehicle right behind it. Street parking is also available in the summer months.

ACCESS:
Convenience and security are paramount, with smart locks granting easy access to the house. Guests have access to the full townhouse and the attached one-car garage. The driveway off the garage provides room for a second vehicle.

Loved our Stay
We were in Traverse City for my 2 Grandsons Hockey Tournament and we had the best time !!!! We were only approx. 10 minutes from the ice rink so we could come back to relax and have snacks when they had a 3 - 4 hour break between games. The Condo was very clean and very nicely decorated (even had a beautiful decorated Christmas Tree) !!!!! We loved it and will definitely be back next year .

This is a nice clean condo. Beds are very comfortable, we slept very well each night. The garage is such a plus. It was a wet, rainy, misty week while we were in Traverse City. It was so nice to be able to store our bikes in the garage out of the weather. This was our second stay with Carrie at this condo.

Girls' Weekend
Three of us stayed here for a girls' weekend and had a great time. The communication and check in/out process was seamless and the accommodations were great. We walked a few places and drove a few places and generally had a great weekend. I would definitely stay here again.
