We let cleaning service in our room second day to get clean towels. Did a great job cleaning but left 2 dirty washcloths and did not refill body was dispenser. Room was smaller then expected and no closet or chest of drawers for our cloths, this was very disappointing. We ended up shortening our stay by 3 days and went somewhere else.

Wonderful experience at Avid. Conveniently located. I could see the lake from my window. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Loved the room darkening shade! It was clean and well taken care of. I come to Traverse City a lot and will definitely be staying here again!

This is true to brand. Room and facilities were clean and comfortable. We did not try the pool, it looked small and clean. I was expecting to see the lake better but could just barely see it. The water pressure in the room wasn’t great, otherwise everything was as expected.
