Great location and view. Great staff.

This hotel is right on the water. Get a room with view if you can. The hotel is comfortable and clean. The coffee options in the room's coffee machine are not great, but you can get good coffee from the lobby at any hour. Breakfast is decent, though more fruit and oatmeal would be great. Best part though is the staff, all were very nice and helpful. I arrived at midnight and although their shuttle service closes at 10, they were nice enough to pick me up. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely spot to enjoy the bay!

The property if clean and well kept, but looks very "dated." The room was great with a beautiful view of the water (and sunset). The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was really quite nice (not with omelets, sausage, etc.).

The location cannot be beat, the shore of Lake Michigan is magical. The staff are very friendly and accommodate requests almost immediately. The facility is older but kept up extremely well. Has a great pool and jacuzzi area, the game room and gym are a bonus. Good food every morning and fresh coffee available always. I will be back, this was my 2nd visit.

We really appreciated the friendly staff! They accommodated our early check-in and late check-out and they were attentive at breakfast. Our room was on the lower level with a spa tub and we did not have privacy we expected with people walking on the beach. This wasn’t too bad since we visited on the off season and there was a privacy curtain available. Aside from that, we were very happy and will likely come back.
