This condo provides all the necessary amenities for a cozy vacation and is conveniently located just a brief drive from downtown Traverse City and the acclaimed wineries of Old Mission Peninsula.



The Space:

This condo is located on the fourth floor. There are stairs for your use or a conveniently located elevator. Step inside to this brand new build condo featuring an open concept that is sure to suit all your needs during your stay. The spacious living room features a smart TV and a pullout couch. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, all the basic kitchen necessities, and a dinning room table to enjoy your favorite home cooked meals. Enjoy natural light throughout the entire space but feel free to close the curtains for more privacy. Both bedrooms hold a king sized bed and a smart TVs for your convenience.



*There is no cable, you will need to use your own personal login for any streaming services that you like and don't forget to sign out prior to your departure*



Located on the rooftop are four brand new hot tubs, up and ready to use. Be mindful that these hot tubs are for enjoyment by anyone staying in the entire building. We look forward to your stay!

Very clean. King beds are very comfortable. Recommend a sign on the roof door noting a large step down (no step, just drop off); and rooftop hours. We were awakened both mornings with people using the rooftop at 2 am and before 9 am (sounded like children running around).

Everything was great. I dropped my earbuds underneath the bathroom vanity and it was even clean under there! Very comfortable and close to wherever we wanted to go. There were hot tubs available each night and they were so relaxing. I'll come back here!

Very responsive management team. Our only complaint was the door lock that was very problematic (to the point that we left the door ajar when we went out). We were told the owner would be contacted and the lock would be fixed. Very clean premises. Beds were most comfortable.

Great getaway

The place was perfect for my mom and I as we both had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable and rooms spacious. We were pleasantly surprised to find it spotless and was stocked with plenty of necessities needed for our stay. It was a short drive to the downtown area and easily accessible to bring our luggage in and out with the elevator so close to the entrance. The host was gracious enough to let us start our stay earlier than the 4pm check in and that was much appreciated after our long drive. The unit was very quiet. We would definitely stay again!

Senior Girls Weekend

The condo was large, bright, extremely clean, & outstandingly accomodating. Whenever I had a question, I received a response within 20 minutes or less. We enjoyed the hot tubs on the roof. We were located in a great area for the Front St shopping & other attractions. The only downside was the limited parking near the unit, as four of us drove to meet at this location, leaving us each with a car that needed to find a parking area. Otherwise, this was a fantastic experience overall!! Definitely recommend it.

Just what we needed

The two bedroom /two baths worked great for my adult daughter and me. We explored the area and experienced some great food, dinner and music. Only word of warning - if you Uber to the Turtle Creek Casino like we did because of having a few drinks 
. Don’t expect Uber to pick you up We had to get a taxi for double the money at 10:00 pm. The concierge at the casino says Uber rarely comes out there. Found that very strange. But had a great time and loved the place !!

Valentines Weekend Stay

Even being snowed in, the unit was clean, inviting and comforting. Parking lot could have used maintaince with all the snow, unable to locate designated spots made parking kind of messy and rooftop hotubs made for a trek through ice paths and deep drifts, but overall..it's Michigan Winter. Communication with the host was friendly and responsive. Second time choosing this property and will continue to book when in the area.
