Summary:

Enjoy a getaway at our modern, newly built, three-story condo in downtown Traverse City. This condo has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a pullout sofa, modern appliances, stylish details, and a private rooftop deck. It's an ideal spot to unwind after exploring the charming local shops and restaurants in downtown or visiting the acclaimed wineries on Old Mission Peninsula. This condo has one stall 19ft garage along with one additional parking spot.



The Space:

This condo can accommodate up to 6 guests in two bedrooms— both with a queen-sized bed. There's also a pull-out couch with a queen-sized bed in the living room.



The kitchen is stylish and has new, high-quality appliances. You can enjoy home-cooked meals at the kitchen's four barstools, use the living room's expanding coffee table as a dining spot, or enjoy a lovely dinner on the rooftop table.



The living area is inviting with a flat-screen smart TV, a queen sized sofa couch, and free Wi-Fi.

*This condo does not have cable, but feel free to log in to any of your personal accounts while there.*



The best part of the condo is the private rooftop lounge, offering great views of downtown and West Bay. You can start your day with coffee on the rooftop or end it with a glass of local wine under the stars.



Located in downtown Traverse City, the condo is a short walk to various restaurants and bars, including Folgarelli’s deli and North Peak Restaurant/Brewery. West End Beach is just half a mile away, where you can play volleyball, sunbathe, or take a stroll in the open space.

This was our family's 2nd time staying in a property in this complex and it's in a great location, great layout, lots of wonderful amenities! The rooftop view is just amazing! We did have a slight hiccup with the additional parking spot- a guest at another property was given the same spot as us so we almost had a vehicle get towed but otherwise, the stay was wonderful! The host responded very quickly to messages and any issues we had. We would absolutely stay again!

Nice spot for access to the city. Only stayed one night, but everything was as described. The pull out sofa lived up to the stereotype so may be tough on the 5th/6th of a group over an extended stay.

Condo very nice. Location great. Communication regarding several questions great.Our only frustration was having the BATA buses honk as part of their protocol which began promptly at 6:00 AM each morning. Definitely need to close your bedroom windows before going to bed if you want to sleep past 6 AM.

A quick holiday trip

Overall the stay was wonderful. Love the location to downtown and the overall feel was cute. Kinda terrifying trying to get my Subaru Ascent into the garage because I did not read the part where small vehicles are more ideal. It all did work out but again it was just mildly terrifying. I also did not like the steep stairs for my kiddos but they did have a gate that I could block them so I didn’t need to worry about a hospital visit. Any questions I had for them were answered promptly. Great place with a great price tag :)

New Year’s Eve Cherry Drop

Very nice condo, great location, nice having a parking garage, really appreciated not having to do the major cleanup before checking out. Would love to try it out in the warmer weather with the nice rooftop area.

Great location

This condo is situated perfectly on the edge of the downtown area. Easy walking distance to everything you need. Condo sleeps six perfectly with one double bed being a pull out couch. Very spacious. Views of the bay are great from the rooftop patio.
