Everything was GREAT! Jess was very friendly and attentive with responses. Condo was very clean. Instructions were easy to follow. Location was perfect and even allowed us to ride out a wind storm with The Weather Channel storm chasers reporting right across the parking lot, that was just a bonus!

GREAT location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. View of the lake from the balcony. Clean and well appointed with everything you need. Onsite parking . Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was amazingly clean and very comfortable. The 2 en-suite bedrooms added privacy and convenience along with the addition powder room downstairs. The location is perfect if you like to walk or bike to downtown. We appreciated the 2 parking place as we traveled to TC separately. Communication with the manager/own was prompt and helpful. The bay view and gas fireplace were a bonus. Thanks for sharing your lovely home.

Felt Like Home Away From Home

Stayed in this condo for five days in August. Location was great as we could walk to almost everything downtown. View of Bay was nice and a beach within a two minute drive. Condo was nicely decorated, clean and well stocked with amenities. A welcome gift was also a nice touch and the host David promptly replied to any inquiry we had. Highly recommend this as a great place to stay in Traverse City!

Lovely TC Condo!

Jess’s condo was perfect for our stay in TC! Loved the location, especially the water view! The unit was super clean and had everything we needed and more. Bedrooms had charging stations which is a great extra for the homeowner to provide! Walking distance to restaurants and shopping made it super convenient. We’d definitely stay there again!

We came back to this condo complex and love the location. This condo is well appointed, nice welcome gift, and overall was just the size we needed for our family of 3. Beds were very comfortable if you like softer mattress. Will definitely stay again.

Great spot for seeing TC Area

Just the right size for us (4), with a view to the bay and a short walk to all the restaurants and shops on Front St. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing some of our meals in. It was perfect!

Perfect location!

We arrived on the last day of Cherry Festival and didn't even have to leave the property to see the fireworks over the bay. The location was so convenient for everyone in our family. Our teenagers loved the freedom they had to walk everywhere for the duration of the trip.

Perfect Stay!

We had an incredible week-long stay for the Cherry Festival. Both couples had a great time. The unit was awesome and all of the extras were thoroughly enjoyed. Communication was superb as was the location. 5-stars for sure!

Great Location

Great location. Short walk to downtown TC. Property was very clean and has everything you need. There is a park across the street for the kids. The owner was very helpful and check-in was super easy. The one bed upstairs (the white one) was very comfortable and it's occupants slept well. My only feedback is the other bed is probably better suited for kids or someone sleeping on their own. The bed moves around and makes noise with two adults in it. For this reason, we slept one adult/kid per bed. Overall a minor inconvenience and I would definitely stay again.
