Summary:
Fourth floor penthouse. Close to everything with a quick walk to restaurants, shopping, and beaches.

The Space:
Two king beds and a pull out couch for sleeping. Smart TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. Fully stocked kitchen.

The Neighborhood:
This condo is located directly across the street from Michigan's oldest, continuously operated restaurant, and one of Traverse City's favorites, Sleder's Family Tavern. Right next door is The Dairy Lodge, operating since 1958 and is a must during the summertime heat.

Great location and space!

Perfect location, easy to get to area attractions. 15 minute walk downtown and very close to walk near the bay, which was great. Plenty of space (large closets!) and comfy beds.

Very clean unit. Check in and check out time was good. Was glad for the two bedrooms/ two baths. Surprised to have to take care of garbage and start laundry. Would have liked lamps in living area instead of overhead bright lights. Internet was poor. Parking space was very tight. Overall, a nice unit for our stay though.

Absolutely wonderful condo, location is impossible to beat, super nice and accommodating host. Comfortable, convenient, everything you need. So accessible, you can walk to everything. We loved it n we'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great Place to Stay

Our only problem was the solar powered tv remotes. They were not charged and we could not get them to charge with light. Thankfully we had a computer cord to plug them in and get them charged. Beautiful place to stay and close to town!

Great condo!

We were staying for a wedding, and the location filled our needs. We used both bedrooms as well as the pullout. Full kitchen, everything was neat and clean. Parking was a bit tricky as the usual parking lot was closed due to repairs, but we were able to find street parking. Note that there is no body soap, shampoos or cream rinse provided. All in all a good stay.

Nice place in a great location

Nice, new place in a great location. Able to walk to water or downtown. Was great for 3 friends who do an annual girls trip. Only issue is that there was no patio furniture and we had specifically inquired about this before booking the place and was told that there was furniture outside. This was disappointing since we tend to spend alot of time outside. Also may be an issue for those sleeping on the pull out couch as neighbors in the other unit were very loud when coming & going.
