Fully renovated and completely new, this is one of three unique apartments in the building! The kitchen comes fully loaded with all amenities for both short and long-term stays. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer, an ironing board, and large closets for all your belongings.

This place was so great and conveniently located walking distance to downtown. It was extremely clean and well maintained. Honestly the place felt like it was brand new. Spouse getaway to TC!

This was a great home base in downtown TC for my wife and I to explore all the area has to offer. Quick 30 min drive to the Old Mission peninsula wineries, or west to Empire beach and Sleeping Bear Dunes, or all the way north to the Light House.The location is above a couple shops but noise was no problem and parking was fine out in front of the Auto shop. Could easily walk down to several coffee shops and restaurants.We also took a short bike ride to Boardman Lake for kayak rental and scenic bike trail.
