Stay in this bright, top floor corner condo just 1.5 miles from downtown Traverse City with direct access to the TART Trail. With two queen bedrooms, a sofa sleeper, two bathrooms, and a sunny private balcony, this space is built for comfort and flexibility. Easy access to wineries, beaches, and dining makes it a perfect Up North base.

Guests have access to the full condo, private balcony, two bikes, and shared community room located on the same floor.



Other Things to Note:

**Since this condo is right off of the beautiful TART Trail we included two bikes that are available for guest use. Right off the elevator is a bike locker with two geared bicycles. There is a grey fob on a white lanyard hanging in the closet by the front door in the unit. You will need to use that in order to open the bike room. There are two green bikes hanging in spot 48 and 49. Brand is Scorpio Pacific. The female bike has a basket on the front and the male bike has a package storage rack on the back. The male bike has a hand tire pump that is attached to the frame along with a bike combo lock for securing the bikes while out on the town. (Pictures of the bikes are in the listing photos) Additional bicycle repair tools are located on the first floor of Trailside45.

One bicycle helmet has been left in the unit’s closet for your convenience.



In the winter months there will also be 2 pairs of snow shoes left in the bike room for guest use!

Wonderful location by the TART bike trail as well as some bakeries and two smaller food stores. The two bikes allowed us to enjoy riding the trail without having to worry about bringing a bike or renting one. Condo had all the kitchen amenities you would need. Beds were nice and comfy.

What an amazing place to stay and so close to downtown! Check-in/out was extremely easy and hassle free. Condo was beyond clean and had the cutest decorations specific to Traverse City. Communication with the property owner was consistent and always received quick responses. My family and I will definitely be staying here again when we return!

Overall this was a very nice place. Perfect for two couples as you basically have two master suites. Only problem we had was elevator was out for most of our stay and it was the only elevator for the whole building. With being on the fourth floor this was quite an inconvenience. This is obviously not the the owner’s fault but if you have any physical limitations it is something to consider. Had everything you needed and we enjoyed our stay. Great location.

The property is a great place to stay. Everything you need for a relaxing stay is included.
