Nestled in the scenic town of Tubac, this southwestern 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom offers beautiful desert and mountain views.

Enjoy the private covered deck upstairs for a glass of wine as you enjoy the beautiful desert sunsets or a cup of coffee as you watch the sunrise. On the patio below, spend an evening BBQing or just sitting outside gazing at the stars.

Experience all that Tubac has to offer, hiking along the Anza trail, enjoying music at the Presidio, shopping and dining at La Entrada and strolling through the many art galleries.

Relax after a getting in a workout at the fitness center by lounging in the outdoor saltwater community pool and hot tub.

Make sure to greet “Las Hermanas”, Magdalena and Esperanza (“Espi”) when you walk into the great room!

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with Keurig coffeemaker, electric tea kettle, microwave, toaster, blender, basic cooking utensils, plates, dishes, knives, cookie sheets, serving dishes and utensils, wine glasses, glasses, mugs, cutting boards and cheese trays.

OUTDOOR PATIOS: Private upstairs covered patio with table and chairs

Great place in Tupac!

Brenda & Elsa’s home is a wonderful place to stay when in Tubac. It was clean, comfortable, had all the amenities one would need, and decorated fabulously. The courtyard is a nice haven to have a cup of coffee in the morning or a BBQ in the evening and the top balcony offers lovely views & is perfect to unwind on at the end of the day. We would absolutely love to rent this townhome again the next time we come to Tubac.

Fun in Tubac

The Cozy Adobe Retreat was perfect our ladies group of three. The location was perfect for shopping in Tubac as well as lunching at the Tubac Golf & Spa Resort.The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The property is lovely. Decorated in a southwest decor with many inviting touches. There was bottled water and little snacks as well as coffee pods for our enjoyment. Elsa and Brenda definitely know to provide comfort for their guests.

This corner of the Barrio was just fine to stay in. Family in Tubac came to visit, and they enjoyed sitting by the grill and the 2nd floor balcony. I would definitely come back to this rental when visiting Tubac.

Tubac Wedding

We were very pleased with the accommodations as well as the cleanliness. Plenty of towels, spices, internet, snacks, coffee, etc. the fireplace made it cozy at night. Communication was very helpful for our out of town guests. I would highly recommend this place and would certainly be back for a weekend stay again.

Great House for an Extended Vacation

This is the first time we have stayed in one place for more than a week, and this home was perfect for that. The kitchen is well equipped and there are little touches throughout the house that make your stay very comfortable. Very important to us are comfy beds and we were not disappointed. Friends came for a couple nights and the two master bedrooms and baths were perfect for everyone’s privacy. We were amazed with the art inside and outside the house - everything is so colorful!

Warm weather retreat

The property was really nice. It was clean, extremely well stocked, comfortable, and close to Tubac. There were nice touches like spices, snacks, and coffee available. Brenda and Elsa were very responsive during the stay. The natural surroundings make it an ideal place to retreat from colder climates.

Great family spot!

I brought my mom, dad, brother, and Papa. The place was PERFECT for us and didn’t have any crazy cleaning requirements, which can always be annoying when trying to leave a place. My whole family was very grateful for how close the location was to the wedding venue in the Tubac golf resort, as well as a local market. There’s not much around the area for shopping, despite a review I read, so definitely don’t come in need of a lot of things, unless you want to drive a bit. Absolutely no complaints with anything, though. Such a comfortable place that felt just like our family’s old home in New Mexico. It was lovely and I’d recommend it to anyone. Thanks for having us!

Decent property overall

The house is in a nice, quiet development with some shared facilities (pool, gym). We enjoyed the ambiance and decor, and it was well stocked with bedding, towels, dinnerware, etc. The WiFi was enough for basic work and streaming video. There were a few things that could have been better. While generally clean, the upstairs toilet was... not. The A/C worked like a champ in the Arizona summer, but was noisy enough when running to impact conversations, TV watching, and our light sleepers. If you plan on "working", the "office" area is a small table and chair in a bedroom, with just enough room for a laptop and a mouse (but no keyboard) on it. (The kitchen/dining table was better sized, but is in the common area.) There were warnings about potentially losing power if you use too much electricity (mostly around hot water usage?) -- thank goodness that didn't happen to us. The dishwasher didn't always start right, but it would eventually run after opening, closing, and trying a couple times. The outdoor grill lighter didn't work, but we had another way to get a flame, so our grilling night wasn't a bust! :) One helpful hint: there is an outside door into the patio/grill area before you get to the door with the access/code lock. That wasn't entirely clear, especially arriving at night. :-P The host seemed cordial and willing to help make our stay comfortable. VRBO customer support helped resolve the only issue we had with the host.
