I loved my stay! Very friendly staff who help with anything I asked, perfect location for the airport but also very easy to get around from here, can walk around nearby streets or take taxis easily. Beautiful room, comfy beds and pillows, perfectly clean, really nice pool and was very happy to find laundry facilities, and the breakfast and room service was delicious. Would happily stay here again

They don’t use washcloths and the shower/bathroom was not clean. You can see the bacteria and scum on the shower head and handles of the shower and sink. I had to ask them to come clean it. Another they don’t have any good options of vegetarian/vegan options but I liked the gym and pool. They advertise 24/7 shuttle to and from the airport but it cost.

We had a late night departure from Bali and booked a suite so we had a comfortable place to stay close to the airport rather than dragging bags around all day

The hotel is a classic Hilton clean comfort and good service. One huge surprise was as a red wine drinker the bar had only two and both of them out of stock ! Very poor for a Hilton to not have even one red wine variety of any kind available.

Top notch service, great food, nice rooms.

The Hilton Garden Inn was great but for a couple of small items. Let's start with the things that bugged me. Access to the guest rooms were great and secure through card key accessed glass doors. There are two areas for improvement here: 1. The doors were often friction propped open, defeating the security feature. Perhaps secueity staff might round the access doors more often. 2. The sign to identify the exit button was not obvious. It could be made more visible, OR perhaps explained upon check-in. The ground level rooms had clear glass which allows people at the poolside to look right into the rooms. Perhaps tinting of the full glass walls might be helpful to maintain privacy. The good: The service is phenomenal! The staff were very helpful. Our shampoo was running out and we informed the front desk. In less than 5 minutes, housekeeping had it brought over. People seem genuinely happy to work there and all greeted guests with smiles. The check-in process is flawless! These people act as though they were trained by the Ritz Carlton. We had arrived early and they had no problem stowing our luggage when we went around town. They also were very willing to give good information. The rooms were well appointed, clean, stocked, and tidy. The water they provided were all in sealed glass bottles. Breakfast was WONDERFUL! Great choices and variety available. There were local delights, western items, and fruits. This will be my default choice in Bali from now.
