Bella View resort is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home located in a gated neighborhood just minutes from Tucson National Golf Courses.

Spectacular Catalina Mountain views accent the high desert vistas allowing you to enjoy your vacation stay in one of Tucson’s best areas.

You will enjoy the private backyard with pool (heating available), a spa that is always hot and ready to use, lounge chairs by the pool, new gas BBQ, and a covered patio with a dining table and seating for six. The wrought iron fence provides open views to the adjacent natural desert landscape. The feel of wide open spaces will accent your vacation and make some memorable moments for you to cherish for a long time to come.



The main living space is a great room floorplan, with open spaces and high ceilings. There is a 65 inch 4K smart TV and PS4 in the living space for gaming and entertainment options. The master bedroom comes with a California King bed, 50 inch 4K smart TV, large walk in closet, and a view of the pool, desert, and mountains. The master bath has dual vanities, shower, and soaking tub. The second bedroom has a California King, and a 50 inch 4K smart TV. Third bedroom has Twin beds that can be converted to a King.



The property has a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for your use, and is also fully stocked with towels, pool toys and floating devices to enjoy your stay.



The property has an Amazon Alexa inside that can be unplugged if you prefer.

There is an exterior security camera on the front of the home used for security purposes only. The camera is not turned on when the house is rented/ occupied.

Just returned from our annual 6-week stay in Tucson. This was our first time as guests in Bella View, a lovely well appointed home. We always try to stay in homes owned or managed by Todd and Stacey. They are excellent hosts whose properties reflect their attention to detail. I’m pleased to highly recommend them.

Nothing bad at all to say about the house, furnishings, pool, view, neighborhood, location, or communication. All 5 stars. No house behind. Very quite. Easy access (about 15-minute walk) to The Loop—off La Cholla. Easy check in and out process.

Everything was amazing ! Pool and hot tub perfect. Kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance of dish needed. The only problem was the vent above the stove did not work and the beds were uncomfortable. But we took a Jacuzzi and it was okay.

A very nice and well appointed house. Pool and hot tub 100% operational. The extra cost to heat the pool was worth it, since temps turned cooler. Well appointed with shampoo & conditioners; there is also a small pantry of items you’d need but don’t want to have to run out and buy like spices for cooking, salt & pepper. This is one of the most well appointed properties we’ve ever stayed in. It was clean, had quality paper, products, and enough of them. We literally couldn’t think of anything that we needed that wasn’t stocked. It’s also in a great location in acute neighborhood so we were able to enjoy walking! I highly recommend this property. My husband and I have stayed at Bella View Resort 3 times and love the place. The accommodations are clean and comfortable with lovely decor. The kitchen is well-stocked and organized and the pool is great! Todd is a great host who is readily available to answer any questions. This is a great home and neighborhood to stay in as we visit our daughter attending U of AZ.

We had a wonderful stay at Bella View, and the view is lovely. I wanted a clean house with a pool and a view- this met all requirements. I’m super picky about cleanliness and this place was spotless. We were really comfortable here and would definitely stay again. I asked for a couple of little things to be addressed when we arrived and Todd was on it within the hour. Highly recommend this place!

Superb!

Check in went very smoothly, as simple as letting Todd know when we arrived to Tucson, he got back to us quickly with the instructions to gain access to the property. Everything about the home was excellent! Located in a nice neighborhood with plenty of stores and restaurants all within 10 minutes of the house. Would recommend the stay and would absolutely book again!

Stunning Home, Incredible Views, and Unbeatable Comfort!

Our stay at this beautiful home was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, tastefully decorated, and well-maintained everything was. The beds were incredibly comfortable, outfitted with high-quality bedding that made it feel like a luxury hotel. The bathrooms continued that theme—plush towels, spotless surfaces, and all the amenities you could need were provided.The kitchen was another standout feature—spacious, well-stocked, and perfect for cooking everything from quick breakfasts to full dinners. The fast, reliable Wi-Fi made it easy to stay connected, but the true star of the home was the backyard. With breathtaking mountain views, a large and refreshing private pool, a separate hot tub, and a spotless grilling area complete with a high-end gas grill, it was ideal for relaxing and entertaining. The 4-hole putting green added a fun touch.Minor issues like broken or missing patio umbrellas and pool accessories were quickly addressed by the property manager, Todd, who was responsive and eager to provide local recommendations. The home is in a quiet, gated, walkable neighborhood—most days, the only sounds were birds in the natural lands beyond the back fence. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful and luxurious getaway.

Delightful Stay

Great location for hiking both sides of Saguaro National Park and Catalina State Park. Our hosts were exceptionally responsive and easy to work with. We especially enjoyed the quiet of the neighborhood and the hot tub. We are big hikers so all of our needs were met. The home is very spacious and open. Everything is well marked which I rarely see in rental homes. The knives were actually sharp! Also very rare!

Gorgeous location

We stayed as a family for a long weekend and it’s beautiful. They do have shampoo and some products there. The pool was too cold to swim in. To heat it was an extra 200 dollars. This is the only thing I can think of that was negative. Amazing stay!
