This 3600 square foot Santa Fe style house in the Catalina Foothills is located on one acre and is surrounded on two sides by a 500+ acre preserve. Located approximately one mile from Sabino Canyon the house has 11+ foot ceilings in every room, with a wrap around veranda, an additional outdoor fire pit area, a pool (unheated), and a recently added hot tub. The house is extremely clean and with well appointed furniture.
