Welcome to your mountain retreat featuring 360 panoramic views of Tucson that you can't see anywhere else.



Self Check-in. Suite is accessed via a private entrance attached to owners Villa. Spacious bedroom with lush mattress, comfy lounge chair, and desk workstation. Full size bathroom with shower and jetted tub, and kitchenette for cooking smaller meals and dining in. Enjoy all the amenities of a hotel and more at this wonderful property.



The Space:

Enjoy your private South Suite attached to this beautiful desert villa. Suite has private access and is closed off from main house by double-sided locked door, with a small hallway leading to your kitchenette, full size bathroom, and finally your relaxing bedroom quarters. During your stay, you will have access to two common areas in the main Villa - One on the ground floor, and the other on the roof of the villa if you want to spread out or possibly meet other travelers.



Guest Access:

Private access to the South Wing suite is yours alone during your stay. There are also two common areas available on the west side of the main building (not accessible directly from your suite). In the shared common room on the main floor, you can grab coffee, tea or enjoy some things on the TV in a social space. And above that, outside, is the shared upper deck patio where you can take in the views and enjoy a glass of wine alone or perhaps with company.



The Neighborhood:

Private mountain retreat that is removed from the hustle and bustle of Tucson, but easily accessible via Oracle road to some of the best food, and shopping Tucson has to offer. Semi-private hiking trail in the backyard.



Getting Around:

When you pull into N Marne Place you'll drive to the up a long driveway. Please be mindful driving up as it is a one-way driveway. There is one parking spots available for the South Wing just left of the garage. Getting around is best by car, Uber or Lyft.



Other Things to Note:

Parking: There is room for a single vehicle. Please park in front of the sign labeled South Wing Suite.



Shared Property: The owner lives in the main part of the house. All access doors to private areas are securely locked, and we’ve taken steps to soundproof for your comfort.



Commons Room:

Guests are welcome to use the shared commons room for meetings, additional seating, or quiet relaxation. Please note:



This space is guest-managed and cleaned once a week.



Other guests or the owner may also be using the space at any time.



Additional Note:

Please note that the commons room is currently not cleaned or maintained by our team and is unavailable for leisure use. However, guests are welcome to access it for the washer and dryer.
