Sylvia's casita is absolutely perfect as a safe transition home for one person. Everything I needed was provided. Sylvia was ridiculously responsive and helpful. The home was clean and offered a perfect venue to watch the summer monsoons of Southern Arizona roll through! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this affordable space!!!!
Very nice property! The Property Manager was very nice and very receptive to your needs!
The bed in the master and the love seat in the living room needs to be firmed up.
The unit was equipped with everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable.
However it would be nice if there were laundry facilities in the unit.
The check in process could be improved. Finding your parking pass location and where to park your car was challenging.
Thank you for a wonderful stay!
I really enjoyed my stay at Sylvia's property. It's quaint 60s sw vibe was endearing. The neighborhood felt very safe to take early morning and late evening walks and being so close to the pool was a real plus. I really enjoyed the landscaping which appears to be mature and varied and everything was in bloom during my visit and was like living in a desert park. I would suggest that an actual twin bed replace the daybed in the 2nd bedroom. The daybed is small for an adult and not especially comfortable. I went to Walmart and bought an inflatable twin bed when my son came to visit for a few days. Also, the interior doors tend to slam when not carefully closed or if the breeze catches them and annoys the next door neighbor. All the appliances worked well, were clean and sufficient for my 2 week stay. I would certainly consider staying here again.
Not set up for extended stay. Owner responsive and promptly supplied cookware, other kitchen supplies and cleaning aids. Second bedroom has inadequate âfutonâ and owner said she will replace with a comfortable bed.
The casita was not clean, dog hair on the floor, on the furniture. The floor was dirty, the refrigerator had spilled food, no way to mop the floor , just a broom. The kitchen did not have a dish drainer, a toaster, or measuring spoon or cups, the refrigerator went out the second day we were there, the door knob fell off the front door on day 3. I will say when I contacted the owner, she promptly took care of all the problems. She compensated me and credited me two days rent.
