First night noisy guests next to us. Asked to be moved and were accommodated. Second night noisy guests above us with a dog rolling things on floor until midnight. I think clerk moved them up stairs because it similar dog noises.

Staff was very nice. If this was a rating for staff, it would be 5 stars. But the room was not 5 stars. Slow draining tub, window screen was worn and torn like a haunted house and the coffee at breakfast was so bad I could not drink it. Mattress was fine, room was clean, lobby and breakfast area were clean. But I would not stay here again.

Rosie at the desk when we checked in was awesome, as was the gentleman at checkout (forgot his name, began with a D, I think). The room was lovely; had a bit of trouble with the TV, almost no channels, but it was kind of late anyway. Breakfast was good, no orange juice was a bummer, but the waffles and coffee were very good.

This was an inexpensive stop in the area. The room was spacious, clean, and the staff was perfect. I highly recommend this for a stay.

We were unable to sleep due to yelling in the hallway and partying in the room above us all night. It sounded like elephants running back and forth upstairs. When the front desk was informed, the noise would stop for a few minutes, then start up again. We did not sleep all night. Then, we were unable to use the shower because the shower faucet fell off when I attempted to turn it on. The front desk offered to let us use a room that was empty but. “hasn't been cleaned yet, but the bathroom was fine.” 😳 To top it off, we canceled the second night and assured there would be no issues with the refund. We were charged for the second night all the same. Total nightmare. I don't know how or where they are getting their reviews, but our experience was horrible.

Room was clean. My husband said the bed was too firm. The main complaint is that everything could be heard from the adjoining room. They were not extra loud but just talking and had the tv on till after 1:30 am and it kept us awake.

We came to our room around 11:40pm only to walk in to the bedroom floors being dirty and hair on the ground the beds had long hair and seemed to me like cat or dog hairs and bed sheets dirty pillow cover with pink/ red stains and black stains the blankets with holes and bleached. on top of bed there was food crumbs. the desk chair all dirty with food stains the couch with food stains. Called front desk and all they did was give me bedsheets when they should be the ones making the beds.

The room was nice but unless you leave at 7am like all the large families who show up in the middle of the night. Dont expect fresh towels unless you get it yourself. Don't remember names. Mvp lady with dark short beautiful hair and the veteran.

The hotel was clean, friendly and accommodating staff to a variety of needs for the 10 days of staying there. Breakfast was limited to cereal& milk, make your own waffles, and bagels/toast with coffee. That being said, the hot tub was indeed hot, and the pool was refreshing to cool off in from the hot tub. I will recommend others to stay here. Not a bad experience at all.
