First night door cards wouldn’t work, moved us to a second room. That room needed more towels brought up a towel that was stained and dirty cabinet door for fridge was broke. Curtains were broke. Second night the door cards didn’t work again. they only have three ice machines, one in front two in the very back of the hotel if the front one is empty like it, was you have a very long walk to go get ice

Extremely convenient to the airport
Being so close the airport, this DoubleTree has seen a lot of traffic. It’s definitely been used and was a little tired for a DoubleTree. The heating system is the kind that is heat in winter and cool in summer, so we found our room to be stifling and had the patio door open all night. Even with the door open, the place was quiet and beds were comfortable. Super convenient for an early flight and the staff was great.

Furniture needs updating, bathrooms need to be gutted, carpets replaced.....Bed was comfortable. Food was good. Staff friendly and accomodating.

This is a great property. Dog friendly, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Annalisa, at the front desk, is knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.
