This was the perfect place for my sister and I to stay for a week. Perfect in size, perfect in location, perfect in host attentiveness...it was just perfect.We enjoyed great hiking, e-biking The Loop, and Mt. Lemmon Scenic Byway. We had a wonderful stay in Tucson!!

We stayed here during the gem show and it worked out very well for us. The hosts were welcoming, very responsive, and genuinely kind, which made everything easy from check-in through the end of the stay.The home was sparkling clean and thoughtfully cared for. The dĂ©cor felt intentional and comfortable rather than sparse or rental-like. The sofa and bed were both very comfortable, and the beds, pillows, and linens were especially nice after long days out. The bathrooms were a highlight too — the rain showers were great.The kitchen and living spaces had everything we needed, and we never felt like we were missing anything during our stay. One thing to know is there isn’t laundry inside the unit, but a key is provided for the laundry facilities on the property, which worked fine for us — just helpful to be aware of if in-unit laundry is important to you.There’s covered parking available (not a garage), and the location near the University of Arizona was convenient for places to shop for groceries etc.Overall a very comfortable, clean, and easy place to stay, and we would absolutely return.

The townhouse was as advertised. Clean, kitchen basics provided, including a Keurig, which was nice. Great AC, TVs and comfortable. Jessica was very responsive and helpful when I had questions. I gave the National Parks portion of this survey a low rating only because Saguaro was closed due to a government shutdown. I would recommend staying at this townhouse.

We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful place to stay during move in weekend for U of A. The condo was absolutely spotless, and gorgeous, with all updated and modern finishes! Jessica was an absolute joy to book with, and took time to send heartfelt messages, and lots of local recommendations when I asked for them. We hope to stay here for years to come!
