When I checked in I not find my room. The desk clerk actually walked me to it. If she hadn’t, i would not have found it. There were no signs to direct me. It was quite noisy early in the morning adjacent to my room.

Our stay was okay for this being a budget hotel but the room wasn’t very clean. You could see visible stains on the curtains, floor, dirt and dust on the walls, and black marks on the bedsheets. The mini toiletries in the bathroom had already been used but not replaced (they weren’t the big communal type that gets refilled).

We accidentally booked a room for our 18 year old daughter and did not see the fine print that she had to be 21. We booked on hotels.com. The hotel turned her away at check-in and refused to refund the cost of the room.

Ok, but has issues

A very dated hotel with stale smell to the hallways and sour/stale smell in the stairwell. Elevator is very old and very slow, the lights for the floor buttons don't work. Key cards fail often and you have to go to the front desk to get reprogrammed. Rooms are OK, but very dark. Hot water for the shower takes a very long time to get going and the lines are reversed so hot is cold and cold is hot.

It has been many years since I have stayed at this hotel. Clearly nothing has been done in years to keep it up. Had to move from first room that didn’t have curtains (ground floor room) or privacy. Bathroom in second room has mold throughout. Disgusting. Don’t recommend staying here
