PLEASE NOTE: This unit has an attached, private, sealed guest apartment within the home. The units share an interior wall, similar to adjoining rooms in a hotel. The door in between is deadbolt-locked from each side. There may be other guests at the property, and the backyard is shared. The driveway is for the guests in this listing in the main house. Guests in the attached apartment unit park on the street adjacent to the apartment and enter the property through the side gate.
PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.
PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. It was a comfortable long-term stay (>100 nights) while we purchased and renovated our new home a few miles away. The home is relatively new construction. There weren't many views from the house, no pool or spa, and not much to do within walking distance, but that was true of most of the area, especially for the price. Still, the location was reasonably convenient. There is an attached one-bedroom unit that is also used as a short-term rental; you never know what kind of neighbor you will end up with (some were noisy; some had yappy dogs; most were fine). The host's team was very responsive to guest needs. Good value. Recommended at this price point.
