Staff was great , the room was haot no air had a fan brought up but even then it was so hot slept for an hour anger I took a shower but it was just awful night .

The price was fair. The pool wasn't cleaned. The furniture is out dated and had chips and tears.The bed was very uncomfortable and hard. There was a lump on one side of the bed. There wasn't enough tv stations to watch. The staff was very friendly. I like how big the suite was lots of room.The room was always cold and loved how the refrigerator worked kept things cold.

Needs professional maintenance and cleaning!!

Upon check in we were given keys to a room that hadn't been cleaned. This was remedied quickly but the fridge in the new room was completely frozen (at least 4-5 inches of ice) and leaking water inside. The shape of the hotel was poor! It's clear that maintenance has gone down hill over the last year. We've stayed here several times and although it's dated never experienced this before. Smelled like mildew and there was obviously a water leak recently that wasn't properly taken care of. Won't stay there again!
