The hotel is going through renovation so the previous construction was old and outdated, and you can still se it at the lobby, the hotel corridor, elevators, etc. However the rooms are good, since they are already renovated

Heber the check in person was very rude. The other young man was very helpful. We didn’t realize the time change back so we were early. The other young man was nice enough to let us swim and said our room should be around 12:00 but when I went in the man named Heber was so rude. If he didn’t want us to check in early he should have been honest and said we had to wait until 3:00! He had some story I know was not true. We have stayed there so many times and have been able to check in early. The new management is not very nice. The pool needs updated. The rooms are great !

We stay here all the time to visit family. This time we had no working air conditioning and its in Tucson, Arizona. We paid $133 for one night and it was over 80 degrees in our room at 2 in the morning. Could not wait to leave. No apology or even slight comp. Disappointing for the price we paid. May stay at the hilton next time.
