Welcome! We are Tucson's premier owner & manager of upscale vacation homes! Our premium homes book up year-round, so book now while your dates are available! Our automated nightly rates change daily, so check calendar for current pricing. This spacious home has spectacular mountain and city views and a large sparkling pool heated upon request. Conveniently located in the heart of the Catalina foothills. Enjoy four bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open kitchen concept, city views from the family room and mountain views from the living room. All new furniture, super comfy memory foam beds, and thoughtful touches throughout our home. NOTE: Pool heating may be available as an optional amenity priced separately based upon seasonal rates. If you are interested in pool heating, please request this service 48 hours prior to your check-in. There is no hot tub at this property, so pool heating is recommended for those who wish to enjoy a dip during colder months.
Note: This is a pet (dogs only) friendly home. If you wish to bring a pet please notify us in advance. Vaccination proof is required and a $50 per pet fee applies.
You'll have access to the entire home and garage. This home is available for a maximum of 29 nights.

My husband and I absolutely loved this vacation home! It was so relaxing to be able to sit with the family and have game night or lounge and just watch the hummingbirds with the fantastic mountain view. The pool was amazing! Be sure to opt for heating in the cooler months. It's definitely worth it! The kitchen had everything I needed to meal prep. Now I'm on my way home with a suitcase of clean laundry and less stress. The host was very responsive and informative. I look forward to booking again!

Everything was perfect during our stay at The Wyatt House. Great communication with the host and the house was fully equipped. My husband and I stayed for a week and enjoyed this super quiet location with the beautiful heated, crystal clean pool in the private backyard. The bed was extremely comfortable with plenty of storage space for personal belongings. We definitely recommend this home.

Nice stay in the foothills

We spent a few days here while visiting family in Tucson. Communication was great and check-in was easy. The house needed to be aired out a little when we arrived, but after that it was great. The views are wonderful throughout the day. Can’t wait to return!

Amazing property

This property is perched on top of a hill overlooking the city on one side and view of the mountains on the other. It is beautifully decorated and well represented by the pictures. The property manager (Magic) was very responsive to all of our needs. We recommend this property!
