Workers were very helpful, eager to help in anyway. I appreciate that they helped me by providing a wheelchair for my son, that had difficulty walking. I love that they had VIP parking, even though it was not a courtesy, did not mind paying $25.00. Although they should come down on the price, so we can tip better the assistant help.

Marriott University Tucson - ROACHES

Check in was good but it was downhill from there! Room was not clean. Comforter had ugly stain & floor was dirty with something like eye liner that smeared. Noisy college students next door. Why not put older people in a different area. Lack of true thoughtfullness. The worst were the ROACHES... Have you ever gotten out of bed & heard a crunch & feel something wet under your foot. Disgusting. I am very disappointed. I go to Tucson regularly & will probably not stay there again.
