The space
This Guest home was built in 2023/24. It is a 650 sqft home with one bedroom, one bathroom, full kitchen, living room, laundry closet and private patio. There is an extra, twin roll away bed for a child or third guest. This home has a beautiful city and Mountain View in a quiet nature reserve neighborhood.

This was my second stay and enjoyed the views and the nice patio. The hosts who live up the driveway were friendly and responsive. Very clean and nice simple decor. There were no odors and linens unscented so it is quite nice for those who are sensitive to scents. The bed is very soft in firmness. It is in a nice neighborhood and quiet. The natural desert plants attract birds and are enjoyable to watch and listen to. I hope to return next year.

Relaxed stay

The place was a nice small size for one or two people. It was very clean with nice decor. Nice neighborhood, views and quiet except for occasional barking dogs. I enjoyed the outdoor seating area, birdlife and natural cactus surroundings. The colorful shrubs leading up to the door were inviting. It's close to two hiking trailheads. Owners were nice, responsive and gave me my privacy. Kitchen was well equipped. The bed was very soft. Couch was very comfy. Nice big closet and laundry. I hope to make a return trip.

Beautiful property

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is set on a hillside so you wouldn’t even know you had neighbors. Beautiful home and nicely appointed. All creature comforts with little extras so you are comfortable. Only wish we could have stayed longer.
