The hotel is interesting to stay at for its architecture, but it disappoints in all other respects. The furniture is uncomfortable, from the hard bed to the lack of comfortable sitting opportunities inside the room and in the common areas. The breakfast has a lot of choice, but the food itself is poor. The restaurant is tired. It can get very loud on the square outside. We were first put in a tiny room which I believe was a single room, but after asking twice we were moved to a bigger room on the following day.

Staff, room, breakfast excellent. Only drawback was lack of hot water for three days. If not for that I would rate this hotel 5. Things like this happen I understand and was being repaired. I would stay again and highly recommend this hotel. Great location and wonderful staff.

Unique hotel with nice rooms with balconies looking out to the main square. The rooms and bathrooms are little run down. For the price this hotel is excellent and is in a great location. Breakfast buffet is a typical MENA hotel breakfast; cheese, meats, salad and pastries.

Ideally placed at the border of the Medina, convenient restaurant in the first floor, antique elevator, very helpful and friendly staff. No hot water in the shower but room was clean, air conditioning was great, small balcony wonderful for watching people in the plaza

AC in the room does not work well . I told the front desk but it is is still not fixed. The room temperature is 30 Celsius when we checked in . After 1 night the room temperature is at 28 Celsius! I hope it will fixed for the next guest.
