The property was clean and updated, but the housekeeping service was terrible. Rooms are supposedly cleaned every other day, but ours wasn’t cleaned at all. We took down our “Do Not Disturb” sign at 9:30 a.m. before heading out, yet the front desk said housekeeping leaves at 11:30. That’s not acceptable for a hotel that only offers service every other day!

I came Alabama for a Ministry event at the Hilton Inn in Tuscaloosa. From check in to everything in between and check out SUPERB service. Staff was Exceptional. Front desk staff & Kitchen staff. The Breakfast Buffet was Exceptional and they use real eggs, not powered & watered down. I would definitely recommend this Hotel. If I should come back to visit, this would be my home away from home!
