The Newton House is beautifully remodeled high-end home in the highly sought after historic district with separately housed entertainment bar & kitchenette. Over 3000 SF of living and entertaining space. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout the home, lots of windows and furnished in a contemporary style. Home has great amenities such as smart TV's in each bedroom, Keurig/cappuccino/espresso maker, ice maker, Viking appliances in kitchen, outdoor grill, outdoor games, and more.

3 sister properties next door available for rent. Message for discounts over 3 days and flexible check in/out.

Upon entry:
The Smart TV entertainment center serves as the centerpiece to a comfortable living room with access to the 1st outdoor covered patio with dining table and seats. The adjoining indoor dining room seats 8. The gorgeous kitchen offers ample cabinet space, waterfall countertops, Viking appliances, ice maker, coffee and liquor bar and a breakfast table that seats two. Full size washer/dryer off of the kitchen.

Private Master Suite:
The private master suite boasts an open floor plan with a seating area, kitchenette, wine fridge walk-in closet, en suite bathroom and private deck. The 1st bedroom on this floor boasts a king bed and direct access to a full bathroom. Sofa folds out in to twin sleeper.

Sleeping Arrangements:
4 king beds in 4 bedrooms in addition to queen sleeper sofa in living room and twin sleeper sofa in master suite.

The furnished porches make for great places to relax and/or host during the day or evening. You'll enjoy the convenience of an outdoor propane grill, covered porches, large paved driveway and a separately housed bar, kitchenette and 1/2 bath for hosting get togethers (rumored to be Governor Brewer's 1st campaign headquarters.)

Amazing property and location

I would rather keep this property secret! It's amazing both in location and amenities. The kitchen is awesome with high-end appliances and equipment you don't normally see in a rental home. Jennifer was responsive and helpful. We loved everything about this house and hope to be back!

Spacious, Convenient & Quaint Neighborhood Adjacent to Campus

Great home with fully stocked kitchen, large bedrooms with updated bathrooms, clean, well appointed, close to so many of the amenities you want to be a part of when coming to Alabama, but also in a quiet, historic neighborhood close to riverwalk, restaurants, campus events, and the buzz. Will definitely seek out again!

Football weekend with family

Location, clean and great kitchen!

The remodeled kitchen with all Viking appliances was perfect for our families while in T-town for a few days. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and allowed our group of 10 plenty of room to not feel crowded. So close to stadium... wish we were here to tailgate!!

The property was wonderful! Everything glowed smoothly and the property location was everything. The home is really spacious and nicely furnished. The owners were readily available if needed. The beds are really firm and they are what I needed for my back. We will be back next year for sure.
