Escape to our peaceful 3BR, 1.5BA cottage on the Moira River, set on a private ¾-acre lot. Enjoy new appliances, high-speed internet, video games, and plenty of board games. Unwind in the hot tub, screened Muskoka room, or by the propane fireplace. Outside, relax by the firepit overlooking the water and watch for deer, otters, and bald eagles. Fish off the dock, paddle with our kayaks and canoe, or hit nearby ATV/snowmobile trails. A perfect spot for year-round adventure.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Checkout11AM. Place used towels in the tub, take all garbage/recycling to 831 Marlbank Rd, google tweed dumpfor hours. Sat 9-5, Tues 9-5, Wed 1-5 and wash dishes or run the dishwasher before leaving.
Return outdoor items: cornhole boards to the sunroom and beanbags returned in the back, kayaks/canoe to the rack, and chairs to the fire pit. Turn off BBQ propane and tidy anything moved.
If you brought a pet, please clean up outside. Double-check for belongings and press the lock button on the keypad when you leave and pull handle towards you and ensure locked. Thanks for staying =)

Jordan our host was so approachable and available, it made our stay and any glitches manageable. Overall we commented often how Jordan and Krystina have gone over and above to outfit the cottage with anything a guest could possibly need!
Stayed 3 nights in Feb 2026
