Step right Up to the Bikini Top! Charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage apartment in a perfect location to enjoy the beach, the bars, and many restaurants on Tybee's South End! This 1930's Tybee Cottage has been well maintained and recently updated. The home offers guests a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere and a perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of fun in the sun.

The second-floor entrance to the home greets guests with a beautifully decorated open living area with a large sectional sofa and a 46-inch flat-screen TV. The dining area just off the living room features a dining table that seats up to 8, perfect for a family meal that is prepared on-site in the fully equipped kitchen - located just behind the dining area.

There are 3 guestrooms and 2 shared baths. The 1st guest room has a King size bed with TV, The 2nd guest room has a Queen Bed, and the Third bedroom has a King bed, and additional bedding options adjacent to this bedroom include 2 twin beds, making this space a perfect option for families with children. There are 2 guest bathrooms, one has a tub and shower combination, and the second bathroom has a claw-foot tub only.

This apartment is the entire 2nd-floor of a large cottage home. The entrance to the unit is upstairs. The balcony is perfect to relax in the sunshine. Off-street parking for 2 vehicles is available.

We arrived at 4 the door code wouldn't work. So after sitting there with all of our stuff we were finally able to get in. We were tired from driving so we were going to hang out and watch a movie in the house. WELL the TV bill wasn't paid so we could not get the tv to work. The Internet wasn't working either. I messaged the company and they answered me the next day. In the meantime we had sugar ants all over the kitchen. The refrigerator leaked water all over our groceries. Then when we left the house and came back we could not get back into the door again. So Frustrating!!! The ceiling fans in the living area didn't work . Then to top it all off the downstairs people had a dog that woke me up one morning and their loud tv another morning. It was a bit of a nightmare!

The condo was clean and cute and close to the beach. Easy walk to the beach and pier. A bit noisy until about 11p-12am due to the restaurant nearby. The kitchen facilities were OK so we ate out most of the time. Serviceable but I wouldn't attempt a gourmet meal. There was also no chairs available that we could find to sit on the deck. Decent value for the price.

The place was amazing

Very spacious and very vintage cool clean Savannah home. The breakfast restaurant next door is so good. You have to check that out, the sushi place RAW was the best sushi I ever had walking distance. The house just needs a few long mirrors to help when getting dress. Other then that it’s an A+

Generally this was a very good choice. Adding a shower to the bathroom that only has a tub will be more effective when you have 5 to eight people. The location close to the beach was great!

My girlfriends and I went up for a relaxing weekend, it was a beautiful house plenty of space for 8 adults. My only complain and why it didn’t get 5 stars is that one of the bathrooms is a tub only, great for small children’s baths but kind of difficult to get 8 women ready in the morning with only 1 shower. But other than that it was wonderful Tybee Vacation Rentals does a great job!!

We had an amazing weekend!! My mom, sisters and I celebrated my daughter's 21st birthday with a surprise girlie weekend!! She was completely surprised and loved it!! The house was very nice and everyone felt right at home!! Thank you for making her birthday and our weekend one we will never forget!
