Located in the desirable south end/pier area of the island, this property is ideally located for walking to restaurants, bars, the pier, shops and the Marine Science Center. This top floor corner unit closest to beach boasts an ocean view from its spacious balcony. The inside of the unit has ample room for everyone. There is a fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, master with king, guest with queen, third bedroom with double and a single bunk which has been separated. The pool and hot tub are steps away. This condo has wifi and cable on brand new flat screen televisions.

The parking was a little difficult to enter, but the owner answered our messages quickly so we were able to get in and find our parking spaces after a few minutes of looking for them. We were very disappointed that the elevator was still broken! I read reviews from months ago that said the elevator was not working, but I thought by now it would be fixed. As of JANUARY 1, 2026, THE ELEVATOR IS STILL NOT WORKING. It was hard for grandma to climb 3 flights of stairs. Fortunately, she had us to carry her bags. The directions told us there were two keys, but there was only one. The picture on the listing shows bunk beds in one of the bedrooms. There are no bunk beds in that room. There are 2 doubles. As for cleanliness, there were a few crumbs on some of the sheets and hair on some of the towels. I don’t believe they had been washed. I considered giving this listing two stars instead of three, but overall, we appreciated the space for the 7 of us and easy access to the beach to see fireworks on New Years Eve. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the space—we were out and about—but we had a good time staying there and were glad to save 1,000 compared to some of the other hotels and properties we looked at who jacked up their rates for New Years Eve.

Brass Rails hasn’t disappointed yet , a beautiful, well maintained property. There are always a few issues no matter where you stay but overall, I would give the this condo a 10. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. The view from the balcony was exceptional. The condo was stocked with everything you would need for a nice peaceful stay. My only complaint might be that the weather did not cooperate this time around. Maybe next year

The elevator was not working the whole trip which was hard for some of my family to get up to 3rd floor we were not aware for this before we arrived. This was a quick getaway somewhere close before the kids went back to school! My mom(69), myself(42), and 4 kids(5,8,10,13) decided to venture to Tybee for 4days 3 nights. My mistake is when we arrived I did not have the email pulled up with the gate code on it so that was irritating to have 4 kids screaming they are ready to get out when you have to find a gate code to get into the building. Then we pull into the parking deck and there is no sign directing you to turn to go to another building to park so I had to do a turn in a very tight space in the dark. But we eventually found our spot! The part of the trip that reduced the rating of my review is that the elevator is broken!!!! And apparently has been for a while according to the cleaning staff! The room is on the third floor! In a normal situation where I didn’t have a mother with hip and back problems and 4 rowdy kids, I wouldn’t have cared. But that meant I was responsible for hauling everything up and down everyday! It was exhausting! It also limited my mom’s time for going to the beach because she just couldn’t make the walk! When we finally got inside, the rooms were lovely! It was very spacious. Lots of places for the kids to spread out. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were nice! The doors to go outside did not lock and the handles would pull off and the doors would open. We had to prop chairs in front of them. The view however was fantastic!!! Wonderful Sunrise greetings! And great for people watching!

A wonderful location & short walk to the beaches, shops, & multiple restaurants. There was an issue with the elevator the first day, but the owner was very punctual, working with the maintenance crew to get it fixed. The view from our corner balcony was amazing in the morning, where you could watch the sunrise over the beach. This was a spacious condo, with room for our entire family.

The property advertised a bunk bed in one of the guest rooms and there wasn't one which caused one of the guest to have to sleep on the couch.The guest bathroom's tub stopped up when you took a shower.The kitchen was not well equipped.There was no dust pan so we had a hard time sweeping up sand at the end of the day or when we cleaned.However, we had a lovely time and enjoyed the beach and pool.

Good But Not Great. The location and space were great—walking distance to the pier and restaurants, and the wraparound balcony had a beautiful view. The layout worked well for our group of 9, and we appreciated the property manager notifying us in advance that one of the beds had been removed due to prior guest damage. We were able to plan accordingly and bring a cot for one of the youngest kids. However, we were disappointed by several issues. The listing showed a grill, which was a big factor in our meal planning, but there wasn’t one onsite. We had brought food to grill for multiple meals when we arrived and were really disappointed when the grill was not on the balcony as pictured. The balcony floor was extremely dirty—our feet turned black just stepping outside, and this was annoying to manage with young kids. The kitchen sink cabinet had a horrible odor and visible dampness, so we kept it closed throughout the trip but the odor lingered pretty strongly in the kitchen. Lastly, the TV in the kids' room was unusable due to a missing cable. We notified the property manager and were told one would be delivered, but it never came. Overall, the condo has great potential with its location and size, but the lack of cleanliness, maintenance issues, and unmet expectations made the stay feel disappointing given the cost.

Amazing location

Upon arrival the unit was not cleaned from the previous guests. The communication was quick to resolve the issue but was still not something we wanted to walk into. The room with the bunk bed does not have another bed like shown in the pictures. The window in that room was broke as well as the TV. Seems like they need maintenance to come and give some attention to fix some small things. The location was amazing! We had a great time and it was close to everything on the island.

Me, my mom, sisters and our 3 littles enjoyed our quick trip to the beach and our stay here. Pros:- Only one little block to get to the beach, which you can see from the balcony - condo is more spacious than pictured, especially the living room area-elevator is right near the parking spot and drops you off right at the front door -plenty of towels and kitchen has most of your basic needs.Central location so you can park and walk to most of the sites. -has a pool which the kids lovedCons:- The guest before us broke one of the beds-missing blind on the balcony door and possibly broken lock on the door. We couldn’t figure out how to lock it and wasn’t really concerned since we were on the third floor. Would definitely stay again.

We had the most amazing time staying on Tybee! It has truly been one of our most favorite vacations we've ever taken. The location of the condo is absolutely perfect! Restaurants, shops, and beach all within walking distance (totally doable for older adults and kids). There was a broken gate in the complex that posed a problem using the golf cart that we rented, but the owner reached out to local police and made sure we were able to drive in the other gate without any problems (due to traffic laws we weren't supposed to use it). The elevator was out for half a day and was quickly fixed. We had very quick and efficient communication with the owner when we needed something. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. The patio door knob does need to be fixed as the handle came off when my son was outside and he couldn't get back in, luckily we were able to get it back open quickly. We would absolutely stay again and are planning another visit!

Needs maintenance. Missing door lock, dirty carpet & upholstery, master shower door won’t close. Gate codes not working.
