This 3 unit historically preserved property, features 11 bedrooms, and sleeps up to 30+ guests. Private parking, an expansive & landscaped backyard with propane grills, this historic charmer is the perfect accommodation for events (upon request only), family reunions, and other special occasions. Traveling to Tybee & coordinating with others families and groups the Commissary Estate is the perfect accommodation for gathering together, while preserving separate sleeping, cooking, and living arrangements!
