Lighthouse Point 11C | Top Floor, Amazing Views!

Lighthouse Point 11C is a top-floor condo that is located just steps from the beach and pool and offers guests a great vacation experience on Tybee Island. Spend hours relaxing on the balcony while enjoying beautiful views of the bay, ships, shrimp boats from your private balcony. Enjoy a beachfront vacation with all the comforts of home!

The living area includes a flat-screen TV with cable access, a Queen sleeper sofa, and includes a built-in wet bar. There is a dining table seating up to 4 and additional outdoor seating for four on the balcony. The primary bedroom furnishings include a Queen-size bed and a Smart TV, attached full bathroom, and has access to the balcony with amazing views. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and a Smart TV. The second bathroom is located in the hall just outside the bedroom door and has a tub and shower combination. This condo is a great option for family getaways to Tybee Island.

Lighthouse Point 11C is on the third floor for maximum view. There is no elevator in this building, and this condo is accessed only by stairs to the third floor. There is also community WIFI for guest use at the pool area along with dedicated WIFI for just your use of the unit. Two reserved and covered parking spaces available. Spaces are narrow, so over-sized vehicles may not fit.

Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island, Lighthouse Point Condominiums is directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy spectacular views and long walks on the north end of Tybee. Spend hours combing the beach for shells and treasures. The beaches on the north end are natural and serene with no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships traveling through the channel.

Lighthouse Point is a gated condo complex, featuring private beach access, tennis courts, playground, two large swimming pools (45X25 and 50X20) and a kid pool (18X10). The complex is in Fort Screven, near the Tybee Island Light Station and museum.

POOLS: Lighthouse Point pools are open. Limited occupancy and periodic cleaning throughout the day. (Subject to change due to HOA Guidelines).

The view is truly amazing, and is the biggest selling point. There are very few hotels or other condos with this kind of view and access to the beach on Tybee, from what we saw. The property itself is fairly no-frills. Two bedrooms, two baths, basic kitchen supplies, older appliances. No elevator, and 3 flights of stairs to climb. There were 3 beach chairs in the closet, but no other beach toys/accessories. The pool area looked nice, but we didn't try it. Overall, it lived up to its promises, but didn't over-deliver.

Great vacation

Great location ! Enjoyed watching the cargo ships. Condo was like pictured and clean. Short enough drive to restaurants. Even though it was on 3rd floor without elevator, we all managed quite well. I would suggest is installing grab bars in showers, especially traveling with older parents. Great time !

Great clean place to stay & although the view is great being on the 3rd floor , the walk to the beach is farther & view of beach & dolphins less visible. Main issue is no elevator so if you have problems with stairs it could be an issue. Overall enjoyed the stay & would stay here again

Great view Too many stairs No parking under the unit we stayed in. Shower drain in master bath was very slow Floor in other bathroom slanted It’s a 1/4 mile to the beach not 100 feet Kitchen faucet and sink need to be replaced Glad we went in the off season, you could hear kids running back and forth in the condo below us, luckily they went bed early and only stayed one night. Also could hear music from another condo.

August 2020 Stay

The service that TVR provided was awesome! We had a wonderful time on the island. A few things I wish I'd known: the property was a bit of a walk to the beach front. I thought it would be closer, and it was tough to manage with two small kids. Also, the queen mattress in our property was very uncomfortable. It was hard to get a good night of sleep and feel recharged. I think being more clear about how this property has an ocean view but is still a 10-15 minute walk to the beach would be helpful, as well as a mattress upgrade. Otherwise, everything was great!

Great condo with a view

The condo was very comfortable, nicely decorated, clean and quiet. The balcony had a great view of the ocean. We saw lots of ships and some dolphins. Tybee Vacation Rentals was a great host. We enjoyed the amenities they provided. Be prepared to get your exercise walking up and down the 3 flights of stairs. We recommend this property.

Perfect last minute getaway

This was our second time staying at this complex at it didn’t disappoint! We love this quiet end of The island and would highly recommend renting bikes for some early morning/ early evening exploring when it cools down. Will say that the 3rd floor is not for the feint of heart!! Be ready to burn some calories each day!!

Lighthouse Pointe 11c

This condo is very clean with all of the conviences of home. It has a wonderful view of the ocean. My only complaints are the five flights of stairs to get to the condo. It was very hard to get our luggage up them. Also the walk to the beach is ridiculous. We were worn out by the time that we got down there after carrying all of our beach chairs. The seagulls have taken over the beach. They are so loud that you cant even hear what someone right next to you is saying. This was our 1st & last time to Tybee. There was NOTHING to do & no decent places to eat.

Great Peaceful Vacation Property

The company that manage this property are great! They were extremely helpful! We added a extra day to our stay with no issue at all. We arrived to tybee almost 6 hours early to our book in time. We mentioned that we were early to the property manager who was able to quickly get the room ready for us so we could go ahead and get settled after a 10 hour drive. We ended up staying 9 days and it was amazing! A couple things that I think potential renters should know that are not mentioned are as follows. 1. You are on the top floor with no elevator so make sure you are able to carry a weeks worth of luggage up 3 flights of stairs. 2. The listing said this rental was 1500 square feet. It however is 900 square feet at most. 3. You have private access to the beach and it is beach front with beautiful views but it is not 100 feet away to the water. It is about 150-200 yards to the water. A small walk over a wooden walk way then 150 yards of thick bushes with a small pathway. It is beautiful and easy to get to but once again potential renters should know you do not step off your deck onto the beach like you would think. I would like to say again this is a amazing place to stay and the people who run the property are amazing. I just thought it might be worth mentioning the 2 above things in case a person in your group struggles with stairs or long walks this might not be the exact spot for them. Overall though it was amazing and I already have a count down started with my family when we return to this exact place for our next vacation in the fall
