We are repeat renters and we absolutely love this property. I highly recommend renting both the upstairs and downstairs for your large group needs. It’s on a quiet street, close to beach access and along a bike path. It’s big enough to accommodate large groups while still giving everyone privacy. We made even more memories this year and are already looking to book it again next year.

Lovely apartment

This apartment is as cozy as it looks on the website. Kitchen is fully stocked and we easily made most of our meals here. I wish the listing mentioned that dogs are not allowed at the beach on Tybee at all, but I fully take responsibility for not checking on that myself. Wonderful stay!

Close to beach

Comfortable beach house 3 blocks from the beach. Beautiful kitchen for preparing meals. Grocery store is a few blocks away. Pillows for beds need upgrading, we did have several roaches in bathrooms and bedrooms. I hear these are common in Georgia. We also found ants on coming into one bathroom. Washer and dryer work great. Overall enjoyable stay.

Weekend Stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Starfish. It is just two blocks from the beach and walking distance to a fantastic taco place. The owners sent all needed information early and communicated all the way through the stay. The house was spacious with enough room for my family of 4. Loved the front porch and the backyard firepit.

Comfortable Beach Bungalow

We so enjoyed our stay at Wish Upon a Starfish. It had plenty of room and added features to make it very comfortable. The location is perfect and the host is just a txt msg away. We hope to come back.

Great location and kitchen

We had a great experience. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were very nice, the fire pit was wonderful on a cool evening. We have people with special diets so needed to cook our meals. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed to cook and bake, including a blender and crockpot! All this with a short walk to the beach.

Great beach getaway

This was such a cute place to stay if you want an authentic beach cottage. It was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen and for the bedrooms. Only a couple blocks from the beach and a short drive (25mins) to Savannah. We would definitely stay here again!

Great for family

This place was cute, comfy and clean. It was perfect for our family outing with plenty of beds and two bathrooms. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet and we took many walks. Coffee on the porch swing was my favorite!

Cute last minute find!

This was a cute cottage and last minute booking for us and the family. We were thrilled that it offered a fenced in back yard as we were traveling with our dogs. The beach theme was super cute. However it felt a little more dated than the pictures showed. That did not stop us from enjoying the cottage and Tybee Island as a whole. The response time from the management company was very fast whenever I had questions. We would stay here again!

Cute house, plenty of room for 4 adults. Location was perfect, on a quiet street with access to groceries, golf carts, beach and places to eat. Comfortable beds. Spent a lot of time on the front and back porches.

Lots of space and room for everyone, strong internet, amazing porch sitting & swinging! However the place could really use a deep cleaning. The porch was filthy and the kitchen can use a major update 7 deep clean, it smelled like a house built in the 70's. Don't get me wrong we had a blast but probably wouldn't stay again.

Just what the doctor ordered....

3 moms, 4 boys (10,13,13,13), 2 nights and it was the ideal getaway!! The house was perfect - not to mention it’s so damn cute you’ll want to redecorate your own when you get home. Great location - easily walkable for food and ice cream but golf cart rentals made getting to the beach much easier (and, well, they’re just fun)!! Needless to say, we had a fantastic time!

A Great Getaway!

We booked this property for a few days for a quick getaway with friends and it is wonderful! The island is beautiful and has a fantastic vintage feel, and this house fits right in! We loved the character and plenty of room for everyone. Easy walk to the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. We loved it!

We had a fantastic stay at wish upon a starfish for our girls weekend. The whole process from booking to check out was so easy. The office was friendly and the house was ready for us early. The house itself was clean and well decorated, it had everything we needed! The beach is an easy walk. Everything was perfect!!!
