Sandpiper 207 | Great Views, Steps to the Beach!

Sandpiper 207 is located on the second floor of the back building of the Sandpiper Condos. There is an elevator and partial side ocean views from the balcony looking down the lane. Put your toes in the sand just 20 yards away! The condo offers a fully equipped kitchen and tile and laminate wood floors. The dining table seats 4 with an additional 4 at the breakfast bar. The living area offers a Queen sleeper sofa along with a 40in flat-screen TV. There is a small private balcony furnished with two rockers that offer a glimpse of the ocean when looking down the lane.

Bedroom 1 is furnished with a King, 32in flat screen TV/DVD, and offers an attached bath with soaking tub and separate shower. Bedroom 2 includes a 32in flat-screen TV/DVD, and Bedroom 3 is furnished with a Twin size and a Double size bed. There is a full bath in the hall along with a full-sized washer and dryer. Wireless high-speed internet/WIFI is available for guest use.

Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). 2 parking spaces in remote access gated lot with key entry oceanfront street entrance.

NOTE: Larger SUV`s may not fit in parking space- especially during peak/high seasons.

About the Sandpiper Condos: This oceanfront gated condo building is located on the Strand, on the South end of Tybee Island. Situated in the heart of the South end commercial district, just steps from the beach, Tybee Pier, restaurants, and shopping. The Sandpiper Condo building is separated by a public parking lot from the beach and is in-between two popular Tybee restaurants, Fannie`s on the Beach and Spanky`s Beachside, both sometimes offer live entertainment.

Proximity to the beach is fabulous & walkability to restaurants is 10/10. Condo was quiet, access was easy & check-out was simple. Elevator made for easy transport. Parking spaces (2 tandem spots) were tight, but convenient.

Relaxing Beach Getaway

The property was very close to the beach, shops and restaurants were walkable. It was easy to get around by car to some of the other attractions on the island. Host responded quickly and efficiently to questions. Check-in was easy. Condo wasn’t new, but very nice and comfortable with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Convenient and close to the beach and restaurants

Overall the property was nice and as advertised. Plenty of space for our family of 5, and very convenient to walk to the beach and restaurants. Parking is a little tight but wasn't a problem. There is a small view of the beach off the balcony and it's very convenient to walk there (right across the street). Property is in good condition- shows a little wear and tear but nothing that interrupted our stay.

Great location!

Check in and out was difficult due to the key pads to the gate being impossible to locate, the parking being very tight and no luggage cart. Location is PERFECT! And property looks exactly as pictured

Flooded living room

Our living room was flooded with rainwater that came in through our sliding glass door I was told someone had to come in and check out the damage and they did not wear a mask as I requested. They were supposed to move rugs from living room out of the building but they did not move them they left them in the unit I had to clean is that you clean the living room floors with towels almost before I moved the rugs and after moving the roads out onto the balcony. I spent A-day taking care of this issue with the property and have not received any type of reimbursement for my time or problems.

Beautiful Condo Steps from the Beach

We stayed here for a week with our 1-year-old son, and my parents came down for a few days as well, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to enjoy our vacation. The condo had plenty of room for the five of us, plus our dog, the kitchen is wonderful, and the location just steps from the beach was so convenient. It was easy to take all of our towels and beach accessories, spend time relaxing, and come back for a quick lunch before heading back out into the sunshine. The condo is also walking distance to a ton of great restaurants, ice cream, convenience stores, and beach gear shops. We had a blast!

Absolutely Perfect

This location was a perfect place for a short pre-Thanksgiving family get together. We ranged in age from 18 - 89. The location had an elevator which made it manageable for my 89 year old mother. She spent her time sitting on the balcony basking in the sun and watching the people walk past. There were quaint shops for the other ladies to visit and excellent places to eat within walking distance. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and the kitchen/living room area is perfect. There were no complaints on this trip and everyone loved the accommodations. Would love to go again in the summer so we could enjoy the beach.

Beach Getaway

This property is in the perfect location to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The condo itself was very nice. My only complaint is that we really enjoy cooking and the kitchen is not equipped with necessary items (broiling pan, mixing utensils, knives) to properly cook a meal. Would definitely come back!

Family Vacation

This property needs a lot of love. It was very disappointing as my family came from Minnesota with two grandchildren..my grandchildren walking on the floors finding there feet and hands filthy.. Walls needed to be painted and patch up Also there was no view of the ocean unless you hung your head over the very dirty patio with dirty furniture. This is not a location for young family’s even though the beach was close by. This property was in alley close by Frannies restaurant with so much nose. Every night they would be running garbage to end of alley and being disruptive. This first time renting from this company.. And will be our last..
