Discover a pearl of a vacation home with Tybrisa Treasure, a stunning 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom getaway nestled on Tybee Island's south end! Whether you're planning a rejuvenating family escape or a thrilling adventure with friends, this remarkable beach retreat is the ultimate destination. Splashing into the picturesque private heated pool, complete with a thrilling waterslide, is an absolute blast and the perfect way to soak up fun in the sun!

Recently renovated and updated with all the modern amenities you could ask for, Tybrisa Treasure boasts a cozy living area with a plush sectional, flat-screen TV, and plenty of seating to kick back and relax. The spacious dining area is perfect for meals with loved ones, while the fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze with stainless steel appliances. The sunroom is a haven of natural light, complete with a sleeper sofa and another flat-screen TV. Additionally, there is a full bathroom on the first floor with a shower and tub combination.

But the real magic happens when you step outside! The private heated pool is an absolute blast, complete with a thrilling waterslide that's sure to create unforgettable memories. Relax on the pool patio under the pergola, rinse off after a day at the beach in the outdoor shower, grill up some dinner on the gas grill, or challenge your friends to a game of cornhole. As night falls, gather around the fire pit and relish in the day's fun.

When it's time to turn in, retreat to one of the four beautifully appointed bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is outfitted with a king-sized bed, and a flat-screen TV, and even enjoys added convenience of an attached half bathroom! Bedroom 2 also features a king-sized bed and flat-screen TV. Upstairs, Bedroom 3 features a queen-sized bed, and a flat-screen TV, and has private access to the ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower. Bedroom 4 has two twin beds and a flat-screen TV. With plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax, Tybrisa Treasure is the perfect destination for your next vacation!

Optional pool heat is available for $35 per night. Pool heat not available November-March (weather dependent.)

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, and dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed on any TVR property. Please note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

Family vacation

We came to Tybee Island to celebrate my husband’s 70th birthday with our son & daughter and their spouses. Exploring the island was really nice. The house was very clean nice pool. The house was within walking to the beach and everything.

Memorial Day Weekend success

We go to Tybee every year on Memorial Day Weekend and this was out first, but not last, time staying at this property. The grandkids loved it, my Golden Retriever pup loved it, and we loved the convenience of walking downtown and to the beach without having to get in the car to drive anywhere!

House had room for all 8 of us to spread out. Furniture was comfy. Kitchen was well stocked. Big yard. Pool was great. We loved the outdoor bathroom and shower. Lots of rain during our visit, caused some standing water for several days around the firepit, unable to use the space. Laundry room access outside, also some standing water on sidewalk.Every room had a big tv but internet connection was poor, likely weather related. Unable to watch anything on rainy mornings. Can’t control the weather unfortunately. Super easy walk to beach, shops, restaurants.

Great place for family

Maybe make sure someone checks to make sure the heat is working before your guest arrives. We got there Sunday and no heat or hot water, had to wait till Monday morning. Floors are wooden and there are some holes in them and I believe that is where some cockroaches came into the house. This is to be expected in a tropical setting, but they might want to fix those. All in all the house is cute but small. Wish the weather was better to be able to use the outdoors. The location is great, close to everything.
