Welcome to Neptune's Daughter, a premier home located on Tybee Island, Georgia. Tucked away down a quiet road and just over a mile from the closest beach access. With water on three sides of the property and immaculate views, this home is a rare opportunity to enjoy open water access, marsh views, and a two minute walk to the famous Crab Shack restaurant and bar.

The space

This single story home was made to match the outdoor beauty. Almost completely remodeled, with all the updates. Decorated by a local designer, this home has taken all of your comfort and functionality into mind. Neptune's Daughter is ready to host your family or group of up to 10 people with 4 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a fully updated kitchen boasting brand new stainless steel appliances. A full dining table welcomes you and your family to sit for a home cooked meal. The spacious and comfortable living room houses a 65 inch flat screen TV and from the couch you can enjoy views of the water in both the front and back of the property.

The bedrooms are all oversized adding to your comfort and ease of living.

Bedroom 1:

A king bed with an en suite bathroom, complete with a stand up shower and a 55 inch flat screen television. Enjoy views of the water from your bed and a sunrise if you please. Otherwise, pull the curtains and go to sleep until you are ready to greet the day on your beach vacation.

Bedrooms 2 & 3:

Both bedrooms host queen sized beds with 55 inch flat screen smart TVs and large sitting chairs for your lounging comfort.
A small, dedicated office area is provided in bedroom 2 for any business that needs attending.

Bedroom 4:

This fun bedroom hosts two full trundle beds both with twin sized pullouts for a total of 4 beds. This room has a 55 inch flat screen smart TV, a play area with books and toys for young ones and plenty of space for board games.
Guest access
The entire house is yours to enjoy. The only area off limits to guests is the garage. Five driveway parking spaces are provided for our guests.
Other things to note
The large back yard hosts a grill and seating to enjoy the outdoor salt life that is met with the serenity of slow-moving water and a light breeze; giving you the relaxing environment you need to unwind.

What a great place for a long boat weekend. Even a little HVAC hiccup was promptly handled by the property. This worst thing about the property was trying decide between the beautiful front yard view or the backyard view. Will definitely be back. Ps..the Crab Shack dock was great for our boat.

St Patricks Weekend

Planned a trip to Savannah for St. Patricks Day and needed many bedrooms for our large family. This house was perfect! We were all very comfortable. The owner was super nice and checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. She even included a St Patrick's cookie cake. Such a nice touch. And the sunrise over the water right outside our door was breathtaking! If i could leave more than 5 stars, I would!!

New Years Stay!

We had an amazing time celebrating the New Year with our family in this beautiful home! The house was perfect for our large family; it was very spacious and had all the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable. The location was excellent as it was close to both Tybee Island and Savannah. We saw some impressive fireworks from the front of the house, looking towards Tybee Island. The hosts were welcoming, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. We loved staying here and would definitely return to this fantastic place.

Family Vacation at Tybee

We visited Tybee for a week long family vacation with a baby and three toddlers. The home was exactly what we had hoped for. Spacious, inviting, and enough room for us all. We spent plenty of nights cooking in the beautiful kitchen and most of our days with a short drive to the beach. We were a bit out from the high traffic areas, but the space and free parking made up for it all. Jessica was wonderful to work with and on it for any issues or questions we had during our stay. Tybee may be our new favorite family beach.

Great stay!

The home is perfect for a large family or a couple families. It’s roomy and well stocked with intentional items to make your stay comfy. The location is quiet and close to Savannah and Tybee. There’s great fishing outside of the home. We even spotted dolphins! The home owner is responsive and easy going!

Amazing property

This is an amazing property . The owner was very accommodating and prompt with responses. They were kind enough to provide my family with bikes , which we utilized everyday to ride around the neighborhood and enjoy morning bike rides. The layout of the bedrooms was excellent. Kid friendly as well. The owner helped make this trip fantastic!! We fished on the property everyday. You can see the light house outside the kitchen window . The house was very very clean which I loved !! There’s a tv in every room ! Very spacious, comfy and clean ! Thanks a million !!!

Wedding Weekend

My extended family gathered for the wedding of my niece. This was the perfect place to gather as a large group! The space was even better than the pictures portray! I would highly recommend staying at Neptune's Daughter!
