"We were sad we only stayed one night here. The lady at the front desk was awesome- very friendly, helpful and efficient. Answered all our questions and suggested a great place to eat for dinner. The bar area and breakfast were also great and the young man working in there did an awesome job. The rooms were clean and comfy. Perfect location too. A fab place to stay!"

"The staff was only present at specific times, but friendly. Room was big and quiet. Bed was not very comfortable but the location was very convenient to train station. There was a washer and kitchen. No dryer"

"I really enjoyed my stay at this resort. It’s conveniently located, the food was excellent, and there are plenty of amenities to enjoy. The only issue we encountered was that the air conditioning in our room wasn’t cooling properly, which made it a bit warm. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful—I just wish we could have stayed longer."

"The room was clean and tidy albeit a little dated. We booked a double room with a cot and were supplied with two singles. The indoor pool was ideal this time of year but cleanliness of this area was not high on the priority list. Breakfast was a little bland and pre prepared and not always fresh. We consistently had a cleaning trolley outside our room in the corridor all week. Not a huge problem but not the most pleasant thing to open your door to daily. However staff were great and the hotel did everything you’d ask but a little sub standard for a 4 star."

"Spa facilities were extensive and extremely well maintained. Every member of staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Housekeeping has to be commended. Will definitely return. "
