A beautiful, completely new villa in the town of Valledoria in the Gulf of Asinara, which hides magic: 150 km of enchanting sandy beaches, an interesting seaside resort, nature reserves, archaeological sites and plenty of Sardinian wilderness. A perfect location for exploring northern Sardinia from Coral Bay to the La Maddalena Archipelago. Spacious villa offers plenty of privacy and complete comfort during your holiday. It has a living room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare your own meals. The villa has two bedrooms and there are two bathrooms with showers. Outside you will find a well-kept garden, an ideal place for children to play. The furnished, covered veranda invites you to linger in the evenings. On the roof there is a solarium with sun loungers. Also available free of charge are two brand new Dolce Vita by Canellini vintage bicycles!!!
The villa is 85 km from Olbia airport and port and 75 km from Alghero airport. The village full of shops, restaurants and bars can be reached on foot in a few minutes. 15 km from the villa is Castelsardo, a famous and colourful fishing village. Nearby you will find numerous tourist attractions, and you will also quickly reach Palau, from where you can set sail on a cruise around the La Maddalena Archipelago or to the neighbouring French island of Corsica.
