Ventnor Anchorage Site

Anchorage Place consists of two apartments - The downstairs apartment is available for rental and has all the facilities a family needs for a home away from home.

There are 2 bedrooms:

- BR 1 - Queen bed

- BR 2 - A set of bunks and a single bed sleeps 3 children

- Each bed provided with doona, pillow and spare blankets

- Guests to provide sheets, pillow cases, towels and bathmat - these can be supplied for an extra charge.

Please note that we require a minimum booking of 2 nights.

There was a strange smell in the property, but overall was clean. A 4pm check in was quite late. That was a bit annoying. One other little thing. There was no large pot to cook pasta. A small thing but annoying.

What an amazing relaxing stay

The property is so lovely. The garden is amazing and there are all sorts of fun crockery for any special occassion. I am very creative and found the whole property so inspiring. The art around the house is very interesting and there are so many books to read. The host is wonderful

Excellent location and place

We stayed at this lovely place over the Christmas and it was a dream. Everything that we needed for our stay was found on the place and it was large and spacious, perfect for our 5 night stay. Plenty of movies and games to enjoy as well. Although, there is a slight vintage smell, it was all and all a fantastic experience. The location was also excellent, bring centrally located, it's around 5-15mins drive away from all over Phillip Island. Alisa was also great host, with quick responses all round.

Great

Great for the price. Nice quiet area and short walk to a quiet beach. House was very clean with all the essentials. Good DVD library helped offset the lack of wi-fi/4G. There was a bit of a musty smell but it was ok as long as we kept the windows open. Pretty sure the listing said towels were provided but we couldn’t find any? Was fine, we didn’t bother contacting cause we just used our beach towels. Thank you :)

Quaint, older style accommodation. Comfortable beds. Clean and tidy. Nice outdoor seating area. Quiet location with a good beach at the end of the street approx.500m.

Uninhabitable

The apartment had a terrible smell that was being masked by an abundance of reed diffusers dotted around. We could not stay there and had to find alternative accommodation. The furniture was old. Couches were dirty and the floors were covered on stains, dust and dirt and appeared to have not been vacuumed around and under the bed.

Lovely family holiday

Great location close to the beach and a short drive to town. And for rainy days, lots of great books, toys, and DVDs for all ages. Our host was great at getting back to us and very helpful. Our family had a lovely holiday here!

Quiet getaway

Cozy and quiet place, close to the beach. Host was warm and inviting. Only negative was the smell inside the home but nothing some air freshners couldnt fix. Overall had a great experience and would visit again.
