We stayed in a suite with a kitchen because we needed the use of a full sized refrigerator. The walls and carpeting were dirty, the windows were so dirty that one could hardly see through them and the balcony was quite disgustingly dirty. Upon arrival, we had to ask for a bar of soap for the bathroom. The kitchen didn't include dish soap to wash the poorly stocked dishes and housekeeping didn't have any to provide. The door to the room was sticky and it had to be pulled closed as it would not shut on its own. The hot tub and pool also could have used a good cleaning as well. Would not recommend this hotel.

Decent for the price.

A lot of street noise in the tower room we were first assigned. Moved to 2nd floor overlooking the courtyard and it was much better. Room was warm and a bit musty. Opened a window, although it had no screen. Couldn't get connected to the WiFi. Fitted sheet wouldn't stay on the bed.

Oh ya we check in late night. Went to the room and shower right away. Guess what the drain is stuck so during the shower, need to pull the drain out a bit and the water not being stuck which was not really helpful. Also has some weird shape of hairs on the bath tub and nothing really clean....ah...Really wanted to ask to change the room but again we did late check in, didnt want to bother for 12 hours stay. Went out to Balcony but our balcony only no lights, no chairs like other room have ( you can see easily cuz kinda open balconies). Ok no bother we sleep but how many times i woke up because of noisy. Whenever upstairs or next door use the water or toilet, that made sounds sooo badly all the way room from the washroom... Seriously after 6 hours drivng stjll couldn't sleep.... Plus the blanket and pillow so smelly and so much chemicals i can feel. Wake up and tried to maks capsule coffee. Yes ofc the machine is dirty as hell. Cheapest hotel around but really not worth it. Please put some more money even just for overnight sleep. When we check out haha ofc the staff never asked how was the stay...now i am telling you here. It was the worst hotel ever.

The most uncomfortable bed I have ever laid on, it felt like laying on a piece of wood. Hotel was dirty, there was garbage laying around in the lobby and the stairs. Should have spent an extra $40 and stayed at the quality inn down the street.

When we got to our room, our room's washroom was flooded due to broken sink drain pipes. Also, i booked for 5 people and was only given 2 towels when we got there we had to asked for more which took time to get to our room. Another thing was their pillow cases, one of the pillow case were already soiled when we got there and their floor was dirty as well. Next day when were gonna use their microwave, the microwave was broken and had to be replaced. To be fair staff (the lady) was nice and respectful.
