It is a big complex. Hotel, restaurant, liquor store, commercial gym(?). Small workout area off lobby, pool, courtyard. Airy and bright. Shopping center and major grocery store across the street, other shopping and restaurants close by. The thing about the hotel? The staff! They were all professionally well dressed, and they were all helpful and warmly friendly.

It is outdated but if that isn't a problem for you, this place is a nice affordable option. The staff was incredibly friendly and the property was clean and comfortable. It was quiet and located next to the mall and a bunch of food options. The room had a little fridge and microwave which was so handy, and the room also had a fan which for me is a huge plus. I will definitely be staying there if I need to go to Vernon in the future.

Surprisingly great
Surprisingly good considering the reasonable price. Great location too. Extremely friendly & helpful front desk staff which makes a great impression. Appeared safe & clean with fresh white bedding. Few signs of wear, hot shower was weak & curtains didn’t close easily, needed a fix but those were minor. Overall would highly recommend.

The pictures on the website are deceiving. The curtains were unhooked and hanging down from the curtain rod. The transition strip between the tile floor and carpet wasn’t even screwed. There were stains all over the bathroom vanity top and what looked to be razor cuts. The mirror was broken and siliconed together and the bathtub had a permanent dirty ring around the drain. I had to bang on the wall of the adjacent room at 2:00 am to remind them that others might be trying to sleep. It’s what you get for under $100 a night now. Disgusting!

Lacking in the pool department.
Pool was finally open...however the water was very murky and the hot tub was out of order. Went to sit down on the pool steps to find a big hairball. Lets just say that experience left much to be desired. Had to be moved twice and still got woken by other guests parting.
