Staff was very friendly and attentive. The location is perfect. Close to restaurants, plays and major attractions. Also, the hotel was very clean and tidy with a trendy and hip vibe! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone coming to London.

It is an excellent location, literally a 3-4 minute walk to Victoria Station and 10 minutes from Buckingham Palace. A really good central location with a couple of cool pubs around, and the room worked really well for our group of three.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to Victoria underground and bus stations. Several pubs nearby and a small bar at the hotel. Worked well for bus from Heathrow and to the cruise port. I’d book there again.
