My room was clean, the hotel had fine service. I will say, however, that for the price I expected the breakfast to be much better. There were plenty of choices of food to eat for breakfast, but just very low quality. My omelets in the morning were not good.

This is the worst Embassy Suites I’ve stayed in hotel seemed a little out dated. The door to our room was very hard to open and close, faucet on sink in living area was loose the toilet had issues flushing had to call maintenance twice, snacks and drinks offered from 5:30 to 7 pm were not appealing, very strong chlorine smell at pool and long waits for the elevator will NEVER stay at this location again.

Would be nice if the front desk clerk had more information about the surrounding restaurants. Front desk clerk didn’t know anything about rewards programs offered. When making our reservation, it would’ve been nice to know that there was a charge for Parking your vehicle on the property. We loved this hotel and the pool area. Appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks. The made-to-order omelets were great! We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

We typically stay here when coming to McLean due to having a large family however we can’t help but notice how run down this place has come..the rooms are dusty and always stuffy. I would recommend sanitizing as everything seems outdated and gets this basic wipe down. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. The breakfast use to be something you looked forward to but now it seems thrown together and sloppy. They went up to $75 a night for security deposits and parking is $12 a night which isn’t worth. The customer service is great no complaints there.

One overnight stay on our way south. Not happy to pay $24 for parking, especially handicap parking. We were told parking is $12 per day. We arrived after 4:00 pm and left at 8:00 pm. I would not think we’d have to pay for two days. We stay often as we travel from Massachusetts to Myrtle Beach and visit family in Vienna, but may look elsewhere because of this. Unfortunate… Otherwise, we enjoy the hotel!
