Staff was not helpful or fair to us. System was down and we patiently waited for two hours to check in but because I didn’t feel comfortable writing my credit card information on a sheet of paper, the manager manually checked in several others before us. We missed out on time for our stay, missed the pool and bar. Very disappointed and wish they offered an accommodation for the troubles.

Room was clean, staff was helpful and professional, and the breakfast was great! The only thing that stood out was that the place was probably ready for a renovation, and the bar was not staffed until happy hour, so there are no drinks on the premises until they open. Same with coffee. Personally, I think hot coffee should be available 24/7 in a hotel. I travel often so those little things make a difference.
