It was a great location, very walkable to many things. I liked being able to pick up whatever we needed for the room in the supply room. We loved the complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate at all times, day or night. Front desk was very helpful when we needed to print out boarding passes.

This property was phenomenal for many reasons. The location was amazing and right at the metro with easy access to everywhere. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to make our anniversary special - given the circumstances of the yellow vest protests that very day. The cleanliness and size of the rooms were appropriate for a family of 4. The bathrooms were amazing and modern. I will definitely be back, and bring my friends and family with me. Great work Novotel Châtelet–Les Halles! It’s been phenomenal!
