Mala Luka (Grizane - Belgrade)

The holiday home 'Mala Luka' is located in Grizane-Belgrade and belongs to the small village of Grizane in the Vinodol region on the Kvaner Bay of Croatia. Located 284 meters above sea level, it was part of the fortification system of the Frankopanians in the Vinodol area.
The house is located below a disused church in a quiet and idyllic location. It invites with its walled courtyard and the two terraces overlooking the valley and the sea to rest and relaxation.

The seaside town of Crikvenica with its 12,000 inhabitants can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.
The popular resort of Crikvenica attracts holidaymakers from all over Europe every year. The town owes its great name to its long sandy and pebble beach in the center and its wide range of sports and leisure facilities, such as water skiing or diving.
Along the city beach there is a promenade with many shops and restaurants.

In the village of Grizane located below the house there are shops in the form of a small supermarket. This can be reached in about 10 minutes.

The Kvarner Bay has a pleasant Mediterranean climate. Summers are warm to hot and dry, winters are mild with rainfall. Thanks to the mountain range that runs from east to southeast, the region is protected from cold winds. In summer the sea gets warm up to 26 ° C.
