Quirky and clean.

Quirky but clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The food in the restaurant is excellent. Could be improved if the rooms had a refrigerator and better ventilation - it was summer when we visited and the rooms remained warm at night.

Et meget slidt 4 stjernet hotel. Der var meget gammelt edderkoppespin på begge vores værelser. Vi var nede for at ville svømme, men gik igen. Bassinet var ikke rent og der var koldt og hverken sauna eller nogle af de andre faciliteter var tændte. Det virkede som om hotellet var forladt, der var ingen biler og ingen mennesker, trods at det var midt i højsæsonen. Receptionisten var meget serviceminded og morgenmaden var rigtig god. Desværre ikke et hotel jeg vil tilbage til.

Zimmer und Bad sind gross, Toilette separat. Die Lage des Hotels ist super! Nach Salzburg kommt man mit dem Auto in 10-15min. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Der Spa Bereich / Pool ist schön, bedürfte aber einer sanften Renovation. Leider war nur der Pool in Betrieb. Der Service war den Zimmerpreis nicht wert. Bei der Ankunft merkte ich nichts vom gewohnten österreichischen Charme, auf meinem Zimmer standen 3 Gläser aber weder eine Minibar noch eine Wasserflasche. Auch fand ich keinerlei Unterlagen vom Hotel / Spa / WLAN / Restaurant. Vom Toilettenpapier war bei meiner Ankunft nur noch wenig übrig, und es wurde beim Zimmerputz auch nicht nachgefüllt, ich musste auf der Rezeption nachfragen. Am zweiten Abend war der Spa Bereich zugesperrt. Beim Auschecken wurde mir nur der Schlüssel abgenommen und das war’s. Keine Frage zum Aufenthalt, keine Floskel für eine gute Heimreise, nichts.

Das Hotel ansich ist gemütlich, die Nähe zu Salzburg ein Plus. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut aber von der Auswahl her ehr überschaubar. Im Sommer würde ein Ventilator hilfreich sein und man könnte über kleine Kühlschränke in den Zimmern nachdenken Was sehr nervig war, daß wir zwei Superior Doppelzimmer gebucht und im voraus bezahlt hatten, aber nur eines zur Verfügung stand und wir ein normales Doppelzimmer Standard dazu nehmen mußten... Und das auch nur durch glücklichem Zufall frei war, weil jemand abgesprungen war....!?! Ansonsten als unser Fazit.... Für ein oder zwei Nächte ok....

I will go somewhere else

It was around 10pm when we arrived. Nobody was at the reception and the entrance was locked. One of the quests opened the door for us. Finally found the receptionist. We reserved a double bedroom but he gave two single beds. That was a problem for our baby. We have asked an extra blanket for the baby but he didn't offer. I don't recommend this hotel.
