The setting is in a circa 1847 home with lovely period features and furnishings. If you are looking for a sterile and boring motel setting, look elsewhere. Mulberry House is aesthetically pleasing and Fran, the hostess, really makes her guests feel special, comfortable, and at home. A most enjoyable stay!!

Historic New England B&B
I enjoyed a pleasant weekend @ this wonderful B&B. The owner Fran is a gracious host. She prepared a delicious, fresh made breakfast each morning! She provides a very comfortable homey experience. Thank you Fran!

If you want a stay in an old house with fireplace and wide-plank floors this is for you! The host is nice and is able to give info. on local history.

Old time B&B
This was JUST like staying over at Grandma’s house! The decor, the welcome, and the breakfast. It was a treat to visit with other guests around the table every morning. A fun experience! There is a cat - which I didn’t realize - but my allergies weren’t too bad with Zyrtec. It’s not the most comfortable bed, but again, neither was grandma’s. The atmosphere and welcome make the other things comfortable enough. I hope we get to return ☺️
